Radisson Blu Hotel, London Bond Street Reviews

In my opinion this hotel is very unsafe. We lost 2 bags in the lobby of this hotel, right in front of the receptionis, and at time we couldn't check the cctv, were asked to waited for 2 days until we check out we still didn't get it, instead told us to come back the next day. How is that possible, we are on holiday and all the schedule is already arranged. the worst experience ever. I hope they can send me the CCTV footage to my email. Thanks

Great location! Very convenient right next to Bond Street station and no hassle to travel from/to Heathrow simply just take the Elizabeth Line!

Overall, great hotel experience but I can understand where other customers' complaints were coming from (especially if booked price was not nicely priced/deal/etc.). On location alone, this Radisson Blu hotel is hard to beat. Right by Bond Street and Elizabeth line, it is super convenient to get to and from directly from Heathrow Airport. Staff/service is kind and helpful. I arrived a little early (for normal check in) but receptionist helped with an early check in because the room was available, no problem. The unfortunate is there was/is definitely construction going on right across the property (September 2024), but it wasn't that bad or a nuisance and it is what it is.

Location is very good. Elevators are old and 1 of 2 was not working which was causing queues.

Located at a very good location at Bond Street, easy accessible to the subway station and shopping area.

This is a good hotel for family or business trip, the location is good which is next to the Oxford street good for shopping and dining place

The location is excellent. - Downstairs are all kinds of restaurants, department stores, and shops. Oxford is just downstairs. Very convenient. New Bond Street is also a five-minute walk away.

The hotel is located on the most prosperous bond street. It is within walking distance to shopping Oxford street and eating in Soho. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. I will choose this hotel next time I travel to London. 

The front desk didn't answer the phone at all and there was no way to communicate

I was robbed in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff didn't help me check the surveillance and blamed me for not keeping an eye on the things.

We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, its cleanliness and the attention of the staff.

The hotel environment is good, facilities and food are average.
