Wonderful, relaxing experience! Will go again. Becky was a wonderful addition to the service we received. Went way beyond even what I would say is “Great” service in her help and care for us during our stay….and after! Thank you Becky!

Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.

This time I took the longest time to choose a room. I read a lot of reviews and didn't know how to book. I booked two hotels but my daughter didn't like it, so we changed to this one. I was not disappointed. The environment is beautiful, surrounded by woods. The service attitude is very good. All the waiters are smiling, especially in the hot springs, there are always people bringing water to remind you to drink more water. There are many pools, all very clean. It is very convenient to eat. We ate in the hotel. The taste is not bad. The price is also very affordable. There is also an activity of releasing fireflies on Children's Day. The children are very happy and don't want to leave. They still want to play because they have to go to school. Otherwise, they will stay one more night. I will go again during the summer vacation.

It was my first time to visit Dipai Hot Spring. The hot spring was very comfortable. There was also a large children's water park. My little friend Da La Ba liked it very much. The hotel breakfast was rich and the dishes in the Chinese restaurant tasted good. The room was large and the facilities were a little old but it didn't affect it. Overall, it was a very comfortable resort hotel. I will come again next time if I have the chance.

I have been to Disai many times. After so many years, it is still well maintained! My standard for choosing hot springs is that there can be private baths, but not only private baths, because the feeling of walking and soaking in the hot springs is irreplaceable by private baths. And it is very pleasant to drive through the bamboo forest on the way to Disai. Because it is May Day, the hotel is full, but it does not feel crowded in the hot spring area. Many hot springs can be soaked by yourself. The only bad experience is the restaurant. First of all, when we checked in, we were reminded to send a dining voucher, but we were not reminded that it was in the Western restaurant. As a result, the two of us desperately ordered more than 300 in the Chinese restaurant, but it was not usable. The next day at breakfast, the restaurant waiter reminded that it was full and could not enter, so we waited at the door. As a result, a man who had never seen a meal in his life rushed in directly. I said we were queuing, and he said who asked you to block us here and not let us in. The waiter changed his words and said let us go in and find it ourselves. I was also drunk. I have stayed in so many hotels. That time, the waiter didn't clean up the table and notify the front desk to lead the guests in. It turns out that here is to rely on grabbing. A good hotel is so low. Sure enough, although the hotel is big, it can't compare with the service of star-rated hotels. It was noisy inside when I was eating. There was only one coffee machine, and there was a long queue. The place where the powder was made was even longer. There were also all kinds of children who had no one to take care of them running and shouting. It was really tiring to eat. I don't want to come here again.

It's an old hotel, and it feels very good. The hotel has been renovated and is relatively new. I stayed in a side room near the parking lot with two windows. Looking at the distant mountains after the rain, surrounded by clouds and mist, it felt very good. There are many celebrity check-in spots, the hot spring water is good, and it's suitable for taking the kids out for a walk.

Every time I come here, I have new feelings, new environment and facilities, and enjoy the fresh air given by nature. It is one of the recommendations for weekend family trips. I will continue to support it in the future. I am satisfied!

The hotel environment is very good, surrounded by mountains and rivers. I go to two hot spring hotels every year. This is one of the few high-quality hotels with clean hot springs, clean rooms, good service attitude and fast response. It was raining heavily when I went there. When swimming in the open swimming pool, the staff will remind you to avoid thunderstorms. The hot springs are very clean. Although they are in the forest, there are no floating objects. The filtration system is also good, and there is almost no dead skin and body hair.

The room is big and comfortable. Xiaoxia helped me change to a bigger room, which feels great. The hot spring is also good. I will come back to visit again in the future.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The service is very good. We live in the villa area. Basically, the service is available at any time. Even if it is more than 11 o'clock in the evening, they can respond in time. The villa area is inevitably humid, especially during the May Day holiday, it has been raining, so there will be some musty smell in the room, which is understandable. The hygiene is still OK. There are many hot spring pools, and the management is also very good. There are tea and towels. I would like to make a suggestion that the service of the travel photography merchant cannot keep up and needs to be improved. The table football in the lobby requires an additional 10 yuan to buy a football, which is not a good experience.

It's my first time to Dipai. It's a very good experience, especially the warm and thoughtful service of the housekeeper Becky. It's worth recommending, like it 👍I will come again next time.
