The main draw of this hotel is the location and leisure facilities. If you like to keep fit or need to get fit - then this is a perfect hotel for that - as you can integrate it into your trip whether it be for business or holiday. The pool and gym are the most impressive facilities I’ve come across in a hotel. If you can’t swim I’m sure there are lessons available which would be a great thing to do no matter the purpose of your trip. Thought the room was comfortable enough but I suppose if you weren’t using the hotel facilities you may feel it’s overpriced - we didn’t think this because we used the excellent pool and gym. We had a couple of cocktails in the lounge bar that were excellent and the service in the hotel was very attentive.

The room is spacious, bright, tidy and clean. Opening the door gives you a feeling of home, especially the hygiene from the room to the bathroom is very clean, even the trash can is bright. The service attitude is also very good. Because I couldn't find the room, the cleaning lady took the initiative to greet me and told me the location of the room. Don't know where to eat nearby? Miss Anna at the front desk carefully told me the specific location and recommended nearby food. It was a great trip. It is very close to the airport and has airport pick-up and drop-off services. Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

The hotel lobby and executive lounge are very grandly decorated, and I also like the room layout and details... Because the travel time is during the off-season, the hotel also upgraded our room type for free, which is very considerate😊The bedding comfort of the executive room type is also OK, which makes it very comfortable. What surprised me was that the desserts in the hotel were so delicious. The only thing that needs to be improved is the initiative of the service. It would be better if you can take the initiative to prepare children's slippers when you see children staying here... In short, it is highly recommended to stay in Lanzhou!

Hotel location is very good, just next to the park, not far from the pedestrian street, the facilities in the room have some small problems, the front desk is quickly solved, the service attitude is very good, overall the flaws are not concealed.

Convenient transportation, very close to the subway entrance, in the city center, only 5 minutes walk to the center of Lanzhou. The landlord was very enthusiastic, waiting for us at the gate of the community, and solved the parking problem for us.
