Great breakfast. Outdoor swimming pool with view on the natural reservoir absolutely gorgeous. Room spacious and with a very good design. Clean and quiet. The bar can make good cocktails with the price in line with the service and location. Only one note is that the umbrella in the room were both with problems but anyway a very good hotel experience and service.

When I took my little one to visit Wuzhen again, I chose Jintang. The service was better than the previous time. Guanjia Xiaohua contacted us in advance and added WeChat, confirmed the arrival time, and helped reserve a parking space. When they arrived, Xiaohua and Yiyi were already waiting in the parking lot, helping to carry their luggage all the way to the room, and they had already upgraded the room. Fruits have been prepared in the room, and the quality is pretty good. Desserts were delivered immediately after check-in. The breakfast seems to have been upgraded compared to before. There are two sets of Chinese and Western menus, which are exquisite and delicious. When checking out, the housekeeper escorted me all the way to the car. The hotel made thoughtful arrangements for us. The minibar in the room is free, and there are fruits and sister-in-law cakes. The bed is big and comfortable. If you bring children, the hotel provides breakfast for the children. It is free for seniors over 70 years old in Wuzhen. The scenic spot is managed in a unified manner, which is very reassuring. When we left, someone from the hotel helped us to the parking lot. Very considerate service. Overall, the experience was great and I will come again when I have time.
