Excellent facility and location with all necessities for travel and touring. Close and convenient for all public commute. Amazing and a great bonus to have a mini kitchen even though we did not get an opportunity to use it. But definitely a place as a hub for a long term stay. Also a big surprise to have a washer. With the drying function within the bathroom, same like a dryer, we can wash and reuse our clothes during hot summer days. So convenient and comfortable! Like home!

A hotel a lil further from the city, but close enough to Nijo Castle with easy access to buses, stops were really close to the Studio. We enjoyed our stay there. There was a Second Street relatively close by (via bus) and a few grocery shops too which was quite convenient for us, even in the heat of a summer in Kyoto. The people at the counter changed almost everyday and they were mostly friendly. Thoroughly found the luggage service at Kyoto Station very convenient too, so we did not have to lug it around after checking out, before our train to the airport. Beds were large and room was relatively bigger than usual. though the sofa bed mattresses did not entirely seem to fit the frame and sunk in a little at some places. Very good value for money!

Everything inside with mini kitchen, washer, bathroom warmer and dryer. New and clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Very convenience for all types of travellers, right at the bus station which can take to everywhere. Not a crowded and tourist location, hence, very quiet and not happening.

It is nice hotel.

This place is convenient for taking the bus, right at the door. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk from Enmachi JR Station. It's completely OK when the weather is good, but it's super hot these days, so I'm a little tired. The house facilities are complete and it looks very clean. To be honest, I was surprised when I walked in. I booked this room for more than 200 yuan, so why would I need a bicycle? But on the third day, I suddenly saw a shiny cockroach at night. It was very big, the kind in the south. I collapsed at that time. Later, when I was about to catch it at the risk of my life, it ran away and I never saw it again. The service is generally good, but the cleaning man knocked on the door very early and knocked several times.

The apartment is a bit far from Kyoto Station, but you can take the bus and the bus stop is right in front of the apartment. The rooms are quite clean and have complete facilities. There is a lift also available. If the staff were friendlier, it would be better. There is 1 who is dirty

We arrived in Kyoto this morning. It was drizzling. We visited Nijo Castle in the rain and then went to the hotel to check in. Although this hotel is small (less than 20 rooms), it has everything you need, including a washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, induction cooker and single tableware. It is also spacious, like an exquisite small apartment. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. The bathroom has a multi-function controller. In addition to hot and cold air conditioning, it also has a drying function. My clothes were a little wet, so they can be dried quickly.

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days. If I had known at check-in that cleaning service is available for stays of 4 nights or more, it would have been better. Overall it was a nice place and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

It felt like an apartment for one person. There was a kitchen and a washing machine in the room. There was even a TV in the bathroom lol. There were two pillows with different textures, which were very comfortable. I'd love to stay here again!

We found smelly socks left by others in the room, and asked the customer service to come and clean them up, but they didn't show much apology, as if they were used to it. Really bad review.

The hotel is in a good location, and it is convenient and fast to travel. The facilities are clean and hygienic, and the price-performance ratio is good! Although the room is not big, it is still good overall. It is worth staying in the hotel again!

The location is hard to find. I couldn't find it using Google navigation. When I went there very late, there was only one receptionist. The hotel is small, clean and close to Arashiyama.

The location isn't the best, so if you're wearing uncomfortable shoes it can be a bit tough, but you can get there in about 15 minutes. The front desk staff were all foreigners during my stay, so some had difficulty communicating in Japanese, but it wasn't a problem. The room was a compact 1K room, but it was clean, not too spacious, and just the right size, so it was very comfortable. The stove was induction, but with two burners, so there was no need for a frying pan or anything else when cooking, and it was also nice that the chopsticks were disposable! There were no condiments provided, so you had to bring your own. If I could be a little greedy, I'd like some slightly larger plates! Overall, it was very good value for money, and there were a supermarket, drugstore, good izakaya, Korean restaurant, and other things nearby, so I'd like to use it again if I have the opportunity
