Check in or check out not help full at all they stick with their rules customer must follow the time check in 3pm and check 12pm, it’s not convenient if stay with older people coz they must waiting if came early. And parking mix with mall suggest BTH do separate parking. Hotel view very and room bigger and supper nice , they need focus on breakfast food and service need to improve this.

I would highly recommend the Park Royal Collection Hotel for someone looking at spending a relaxing time in the bustling area of Bukit Bintang. The amenities of the hotel are great and the breakfast buffet is excellent. It's close to the Bukit Bintang monorail station too. The swimming pool is large enough to swim without worrying about hitting other guests and the poolside lounge/bar is nice. 24-h gym is also something I would love to use next time. I was only able to swim for this trip, but it was every enjoyable. Our room was on the 6th floor and the sound insulation was great. No problems with WiFi but sometimes the movie channels would lag a little bit. Oh well.

Impressed by the overall amenities provided within the serviced suite, including the gym. It was perfect for my stay with an infant as it comes with a kitchenette for washing. The beds are lovely and the service is great. I am not used to staffs being so friendly hahaha but everything was great. I have to say there was a slight hiccup with what our room was described to as. We were told that our room will have a living space a king size bed and a sofa bed but got a twin 1 queen 1 single which is still very lovely.

The room is spacious and bright, with complete facilities. There is no cleaning service and customers need to handle it themselves. The infinity pool upstairs is very beautiful, but the only drawback is that the towels and bath towels can only be used multiple times!

27/05/2022 room 2506 Book on they website, but there's seems to have an small issue with it...So should we get started... The hotel is only 4yrs around since open up on 2018. Everything seems quite new. Walking distance to Pavilion Bukit Bintang and old school KopiTiam just around the corner. Parking: Parking is MYR$4.00 flat rate for hotel guests. Is only by TnG and remember to verify at reception before going off. Lobby: + Nice and clean - only 1 person reception available most time, if she/he went to washroom, well you just gonna wait. - only 1 key card will be given, even there's 2 person checking in. Room: + Booked the room under The Studio category, deco and design is nice, even have a small balcony/yard. + The view from room 2506 is fantastic. - During daytime not much of sunlight shining in to the corridor of 25th floor, looks like walk to abandon/ hunted building. Swimming pool: + There's 2 floor of pool 32nd & 37th floor, each have a different scenery. Jungle, Zen Deck. Jungle deck Is a indoor playground for kids. Zen deck is adult playground. Breakfast: I didn't took any breakfast package, since there's many local food around the corner. Overall: Transportation would be an issue but from 430pm to 730pm is heavy jam. Reception would not issues another card keys even request for it. Parking is the lowest rates around this area.

It's just that there were some problems with the room I stayed in (946) on the first night, the low water pressure in the toilet caused it can't flush, and the water flow was very slow during the bath, which caused the water to overflow. However, the customer service assisted us to change the room at 3.30am, and everything was fine with second room. Breakfast variety not good. Complimentary parking for hotel guest, use entrance B to access hotel parking area.

We had a one-night stay at this hotel before continuing our journey to Johor. This morning we had our breakfast at the Streats Restaurant. The food provided were fried rice, fried noodle, fruits, paratha, sausages, baked potatoes, baked beans, chicken slice and toasts. Coffee and fruit juice also were provided. The taste were just average. However, the smell of the coffee was not nice. I could smell something odd so does my husband. Another disappointment was about sunny side eggs. We were asked to pay RM10 for a set of sunny side. This is ridiculous since the payment we made already include the breakfast. Why do we have to pay extra at the restaurant?

The location is very good. Near to main roads. Can be reach by MRT Maluri but need to walk about 600m. If you are travelling with out small kids, elderly than you can choose to walk ( I did walked). A lot of shop (because it is in an old area, government quarters) so expect many cars volume. Apart of the f&b offered by the hotel, anyone can seek for eateries just walk a few minutes. Nearest shopping mall is The Aeon Maluri, next is Sunway Velocity ( walk a bit more) and can take MRT to Cochrane exit to Ikea and MyTown.

The front desk of the hotel is very kind and you can speak clean English normally, so you don't have to worry about communication. At the front desk, he taught me how to use the taxi app-grab and how to make a reservation. Thanks to that, all the movement was grab and easy. It was about 6 minutes walk from LaLaport, close to Central Market and Bukit Bintang by taxi. You can drink 500 PET bottles of water, tea and instant coffee every day in the room. The room also has a refrigerator. I chilled the mango I bought and ate it. However, be careful as toilet paper and bath towels may not be changed unless they are told. There is a supermarket in the building where you can use your credit card, and it is convenient to have canned beer, dry mangoes, nuts, etc. The exchange office in the building is vacant except on Sundays. Clothing is sold on the second floor of the supermarket, but for some reason there were many men's items. There were multiple massage shops on the 1st and 2nd floors, and I went there every day comfortably. In front of the hotel, there are many Chinese restaurants and it is crowded with locals. Fruits are also sold and retailed, and there. I had them eat rambutan, dragon fruit, etc. (Because you can't bring mangostin to the hotel) Right next to the hotel is the ｉｃｃ market, and if you get tired of the hotel rice, you can eat delicious rice here, and local clothes in the basement of this building (light and easy to wear) Is sold cheaply. I want to stay again because the location is excellent.

Location is fantastic, very near ICC Pudu. Parking is free but limited. Room size is ok but the toilet is stained very badly. Room is filled with cigarettes smell eventhough it is a non-smoking room. Probably the housekeeping staffs are smoking. No LRT nearby, but got public bus.

Got the room upgraded by the reception. Complimentary chocolate from brand Beryl's is a plus point. Room seems aged with the old design of wardrobe. But the bed is big and comfy. The view is very good. Bcz the hotel is not within the city area so got a full KL City View from your room if you get a room facing the KL City area. Breakfast quality is not stable, first day very good but the second day needs improvement. Parking per day RM10 for hotel guests. Hotel rooms are on the higher floor of the building, that's why the view is good. After check in the water heater is not working, but works properly after the technician comes. Overall good lah, also got provide nespresso capsules and refill everyday 👍👍👍. Will stay again if going KL.

I've booked a room for a night on 13 July 2019. I mentioned in my booking my ETA will be around 23:00~24:00. When I reach the hotel, the receptionist, a Malay guy, told me that their rooms are full. I was so shocked to hear this. I mean how can the rooms are sold out when we already got a booking and there's no any cancellation. So I talk to the guy about this. His attitude is very terrible and he told me he can do nothing because we arrived very late and their rooms are all first come first serve??? That's mean no point we doing booking for the rooms?? The guy ask me to call his manager and talk about this. So I called and complain about this, the lady said she will ask the guy to check any available rooms left. Then the guy ask me to pay double of my original room price for the upgrade?? I got so pissed and call the manager again to complain about this. End up she say her staff overlooked and there's actually still a room left for me and I can get to pay the original price for the room. This is really unacceptable when you have a booking but they said the rooms are all sold out. And I really hope the hotel can give out training to the front desk staff about how to treat guest in a polite way. A big NO for me to return to this hotel again. XXX

Each room has a window and you can see the outside scenery. There are three rooms and two toilets. All toilets have no hooks or hangers. The kitchen is very large, and it would be better if the kitchen door is replaced with a sliding door. The overall cleanliness is very good. As soon as you open the door and enter the house, there is a sofa bed and a large bed in the hall. There are five beds in total with built-in sofa beds, and each bed is very big. The toilet paper was wet, so I asked him to get a new one and it was delivered within 1 minute. It was very efficient. After checking out, I can leave my luggage at the counter for two hours. There is a large shopping mall and many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient for shopping and dining.

The family apartment I got was absolutely terrible & that’s being polite. Dirty Dirty Dirty. My friend booked it for me for 3 nights but after 1 hour in the apartment was already booking online for a hotel. All I can say is that make sure you do your homework work before you book. I sure there are a lot better apartments/studios in the building but the one I got which is on the 12th floor flat 15 was horrendous. The furniture was budget land & the beds OMG!! I’m still having nightmares!! Had to go to the living space/kitchen (if that’s what you want to call it) to turn the bedroom lights off. Can go on & on but I guess you get the picture. If this is luxury then McDonald’s is fine dining.
