As a three-star hotel, this is highly recommended. The location is good, all the attractions are nearby, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there is a private parking lot, which costs only RM7 per day. Great view from our room👍👍👍

Staff were friendly and spoke English. Room had a huge window with a great view of KL Tower. I picked this hotel as it is directly across Pudu bus station, but sadly the station had seen better days. Hotel had very reasonable price for it's class. Will recommend to other travellers.

Air-cond is not cold. The rest are all good. This is my 2nd stay. Will choose Transit again. Parking is provided by the hotel with a parking fee.

Good but I would have preferred a little more as a platinum member becoming a diamond one for trip.com. I reckon that hotels should be aware of the clients coming from trip.com I wanted an early check in since my plane landed at 6. And reached hotel at 9 am but could only have a room at 1pm which is an effort compared to 3pm. Also room is quite small

Hotel easily access. Very near Pudu Central. Where bus and Taxi can get to Genting Highlands. Further down we have Petaling street's. There alor for bargin and many variety of foods.. About 15 min walk can go to Jalan Alor and bintang foods street's....No massage around transist hotel. Have to go Bukit bintang.

Very hard to get a room here since lots foreigner especially from China, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia etc book a room via local travel agency *grrrr* luckily i managed grab a slot this time around 🤭
But sorry to inform ive free complain :
(1) Makesure bath towel cleanest before handling over a room to visitor i said this because when i check into my room/unit i found out the towel one full of human hair and some dirty stink 😱
(2) The cleaner on duty very annoying although i already left the button sign “Do Not Disturb” he keep on knocked the door several time plus even try to access using his card too 🤬

Great location! Just a ten minutes walk away from Jalan Alor. Hotel transit is not providing any meals, but no worries, there are many restaurants around the hotel. Also, there are convenient stores that open 24/7 nearby, offering you with tons of choices of late-night meals. The staff there is all helpful and nice. The hotel room is clean and tidy, although the facilities in there was not that new, they were still functional. To sum up, it is a very good choice of accommodation for travellers that are on a budget.
