The stay was good. With shopping and food nearby.
If you are driving, Parking need to pay though and need verification at the main counter before collecting ur car.

Stayed for 1 night with my husband and 1 year old son. I request for king bed of course with my still breastfeeding child we cannot sleep on 2 single beds but they said the king bed room is not available. Luckily we were able to move the bed easily since the bed has wheels. The breakfast was awesome. When we were packing our things before check out, we found out the bed has blood stain on it. So everything is good except the bed sheet. :(

Good location at Bukit Bintang. Night food market is just across. Staying at the time only one lift is working due to the renovation. Staff service is okay, we are early check out, they arrange for take away breakfast. TV channels not included the football channel. Breakfast is normal. We stayed for 3 nights.

Hotel was all top-notched! comfortable stay and strategic location despite sudden blacked out during the wee hours. But it came back up after two hours and we were worried for our small kids, 2yo and 2mo. Service recovery was good so looking forward to the next time we are here again.

This is a renovating hotel. The hotel lobby is fully renovated but the rest of the area including the room and the corridor are extremely poor fitting, see photos attached, perhaps a 3 stars standard. There is absolutely NO concierge service at all and I need to take three large and three small baggages from the car to the room by ourselves, service standard is equal to 2 or 3 stars standard hotel. The hotel reception is always only have one front desk staff on duty and guests are usually been asked to keep waiting for service. Noise of the construction upstairs are non-stopped for whole day long. This is definitely an unpleasant experience for a holiday in Malaysia and I rebooked to the other branded hotel for the rest of my stay here.

The hotel is very centrally located , that s amazing for shopping , but quite busy around
The stuff is very friendly , helpful and kind , trying to make you feeling most comfortable . The ambience is more calm and c relaxing. Unfortunately to use the TV is very complicated , hence I couldn’t use it. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance when I wanted to swim at 8.30 am .
Atm there is construction work going on .
All in all a 4.6 stay / 5 ( I’m experienced traveler)

The location of this hotel is very strategic, located in the middle of Bukit Bintang. The facilities are all new. The room is very clean. The TV is big. The pool is big and nice landscape.
The room and bath room is small. The aircond is quiet noisy.
