Location good but unsafe. Be careful in night time. Receptionist unfriendly. Room bad condition. Bed sheet old and looks like dirty. Not provide tower but can get back counter with chargeable RM5.

This place is terrible! More precisely, the location is good, but the place itself is the bottom! The reception is located between the first and second floors. I don’t know what is on the second, we lived on the third and pay attention on the fourth there is a BAR where the music plays loudly and it doesn’t turn off until 1am! The walls are made of cardboard, the audibility is wild! There is a musty smell everywhere. The room is 2.5x4m. The beds are terrible, the linen is dirty, there are no towels, nothing! Homeless people live at the entrance (they sleep on the street). The water heater in the shower is instantaneous and does not always work, sometimes you start washing with warm water and have to finish with cold. The reception should be open 24 hours a day, but when we checked out at 8.30am, there was no one there, and there was a sign with a phone number that no one answered. It was necessary to hand in the key and collect the deposit. In the end, the employee was identified by snoring and the sound of the phone vibrating in the room at a distance of 7 meters from the counter. To wake up the employee, I had to knock on the door so hard that people came out of the next room!! We booked in a hurry and I want to note that I am not attractive and do not cling to trifles, but I recommend avoiding this place.

Very convenient location, located near the metro station in Chinatown. Nearby attractions. The hostel itself is cozy, but since almost all the rooms have no windows, it is better to come here only to sleep and walk all day and explore KL. There is a bar on the roof with a good view.

The hotel is clean and near food. Chinatown area has a lot of food. Traveling is convenient. You can call a Grab. It is not far from the twin towers. The price is not expensive.
