Location and cleanliness are decent as expected, but many amenities such as green tea, shower cap and pillows (only 1 per bed) are missing. The room and toilet are a little small and dark as the lighting is all yellow with limited options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

For some reason, hotels in Kobe are ridiculously expensive. Therefore, there are only a few hotels where you can easily stay when you have a drinking party at work.
