Hotel very clean, food very delicious

Overall good just a bit old and the ac not working well that time maybe need service

The room I give rate 3 - arrived at the room , smell , floor dirty , bed sheets got stain, towels looks old- this place need more more more maintenance. Sofa skin is rough, the linen colour old, door balcony is unsafe, fridge dirty and not clean (stain and hair under the freezer) 🙈🙈. The electric sockets most of them is loose. Breakfast not much choices (the veggies doesn’t look fresh)- the price is way too much for 4 nights stay at family room (which is far away from the expectation and smelly) the photos is completely not same in real room. I really disappointed and the price way too much (family room). I hope the hotel management fix that problem or don’t sell that room. Thank you 🙏

Not so clean

Check in, check out, fast response, friendly and guaranteed 100 thousand cash or ID card, first you enter straight away, the bathroom door is open and it smells of urine, please improve the cleanliness of the bathroom, for the pool the view is directly on the road and the river, in the morning it's not hot because the sun is covered by the building, it's very comfortable.

The room is very small and narrow. The hygiene is very bad. The bed sheets and quilt covers are all stained. It feels like they are recycled! It's hard to describe.

Overall it was good, only the pool rules made the family uncomfortable (women had to wear swimwear) but it was replaced by a good surprise from the management. Salute anyway 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Too bad the surprise wasn't immortalized 😭

Hotel staff service is friendly and ready 24 hours The room is not so spacious, but the AC and hot water function normally. The cramped bathroom is rather smelly and not clean There is a very large infinity pool with a beautiful view I didn't order breakfast

OK... but when I got there the swimming pool was undergoing repairs so it couldn't be used

Affordable location, friendly service, room size larger than its siblings

The hotel is noisy with the sound of the nightclub next door. Big room. Cold AC. The bathroom is quite clean.
