Walking distance to many tourist point, jz nearby china tow and train station. Family mart is jz downstairs of the hotel. I'd love the hotel service, customer service was nice... We keep our baggage at hotel whole day after check out also not a problem. The most lovely was the body shampoo, smell good and it feel good quality. I will stay again if come Kobe next time. Worth and good to stay.

The next day, you can walk from Motomachi to Sannomiya and Ikuta Shrine, which takes only about 20 minutes. The hotel provides pajamas and all toiletries, and there's even a coffee machine in the room. Absolutely excellent!

The hotel isn't too far from Motomachi Subway Station, just a few minutes' walk. You pass through Nankinmachi on the way to the station. There's a microwave in the lobby, and the room was bigger than I expected. The family room had three beds, making it the largest room I've stayed in in Japan.

Hotel is just off chinatown in a quiet street. Rooms are clean and comfy. No view. Simple hotel with no frills. Near to motomachi station. 5 mins walk to merikan park, harbour etc. great to explore Kobe as a base. Recommended.

The location is good, very accessible. The breakfast is so so, don’t really enjoy it as it’s not an international breakfast, more like Indian breakfast. Mattress and pillows, blankets are good, supporting good sleep. Value for money on weekdays but not weekend.

The hotel's location is excellent, with two fantastic coffee shops nearby and plenty of interesting small stores in the area. It doesn't feel as touristy as Sannomiya. The room is small but has everything you need, though it was noticeably smaller than the Smile Hotel rooms I stayed in in Kyoto and Osaka, and the desk was tiny too.
