We didn’t get the room as pictured in the booking, instead we got a second floor room as in the picture. The bed was comfortable. The shower was too small, I’m 175cm and I had to crouch to wash my hair. The shower pressure was terrible going for slow to slower every second and other showers were the same. In the room we were in you could actually see into our neighbors shower. Our sink burst one time but they fixed it right away and were very apologetic.
The area was lovely, as stated by others it is far from the centre but worth it for the quiet and the scenery with nice walks nearby. The hosing family were nice and helpful when getting our bus out of catba.

Hotel is located away from the central toơn. Good service and amenities. The bungalow is new and clean, with vegetables flower garden. The swimming pool is also a plus. We had good experience here:))

A bit far from center area. If you just planned stay for short time be considerate to do more research in advance about map and distances.

We loved our stay at the garden pavilion! It is a few kilometers from town but staff easily arranged an affordable taxi into town for us; renting motorbikes is also an option. We booked our day tours to trek catba national park, and to cruise ha long bay through the staff here too and we highly recommend these services! So easy, so affordable, and we had a fantastic time on both tours. And the convenience of booking at the hotel was just lovely. The facility itself is beautiful and serene - truly a garden paradise. Staff were kind and helpful. The garden room is basic but comfortable with a great view of the garden and surrounding mountain jungle. The restaurant on site is a little hit or miss but we found the dishes we preferred, and breakfast was always good. Overall highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for beautiful surroundings and a chill, down to earth vibe.

Very good service !! They are very helpful with everything. Location was lovely and beautiful and you can easily go to the town with taxi or scooter.

A really nice and quiet place, with a very helpful staff and owner. Clean beds and bathrooms. A beautiful terrace and good food on the menu. They have scooters for rent, but they are also very helpful to help you book a tour or get you going on the next part of your journey.
