The hotel's courtyard is exquisite, the hot springs are average, and the food is average. The best thing is the location and courtyard. It is an old building and the service is good.

Calm and very relaxing atmosphere. Food also very delicate and Japanese style. And this place is owned by Famous Japanese Artists. You may encounter her album places. It is very difficult to take a reservation but have a value to stay there.

It was a charming inn and it was nice. However, I think the special rooms are cold in the winter. The windows are wooden frames, not sash windows. The heating doesn't work very well, so it was very cold. The serving staff at dinner and breakfast had not been properly trained and their service was very poor. The lack of consideration was stressful and ruined the delicious food. The young staff tried hard, but it seemed like they lacked the spirit of hospitality. I hope they will improve in the future. Please keep up the good work.

Located very close to Izumo Taisha Shrine, the hotel has the charm of a traditional inn. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and just the right amount. The zenzai served for breakfast was especially tasty. It was nice that you could drink coffee anytime. It was a short walk from the large torii gate and you could also walk to Inasa Beach, so it was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and warm in their hospitality. I was grateful that I could park my car after checking out. I would like to stay here again when I go to Izumo Taisha Shrine.
