This hotel is just amazing. Though situated right at the heart of the city, it has provided the best services. The room is nice and pleasant. The breakfast is delicious.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, with delicious food and a prime location that made exploring easy. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive . The room was clean and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience throughout my visit!

This is a perfect trip, a safe location, the police station is next door, the room is the style I like, there are slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, bath towel, and I also gave me fruit and cake 🎂 The breakfast is quite rich ~ 8:00/11: 00, although it is not so in line with the Chinese appetite, but I think it is very good ~ I hope we will come here again next time♥️

The service is very attentive and the hotel decoration is beautiful. I will stay here again next time I go to Türkiye.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at Istanbul. The room was clean and cozy, Hamam in the room was perfect, we used it every night to relax. Excellent and delicious breakfast, thank you to the cook indeed. Location is so convenient, close to Taksim metro and bus stops, 15 minutes by metro and you are in the center of all historical attractions. I even walked to the Galataport mall from the hotel and it took me 18 minutes. And, the most I liked the Staff of the hotel, everyone tried to make our stay perfect, ladies and guys at the Reception were so helpful. Also, they congratulated my husband on his birthday by sending a cake and fruits, it was so lovely! Thank you to the Hotel management and to everyone who is working at the hotel!

Great location, very comfortable room with small balcony which is rather rare. Breakfast was great, large spread of goodies, lovely bathroom. In this busy area of Beyoğlu it’s a nice quiet heaven, whereas you’re right in the middle of a very lively part of Istanbul, we would book this hotel again in the future!

I really did appreciate that Hotel, big and stylish room with excellent service in where we had breakfast. Food was good and variable and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped with Hammam inside and comfortable. Location was more than perfect as long as you take 10 minutes walking to taksim square and 1 minute to istiklal street . I do recommend this jewel.

Very nice hotel with friendly professional people. The room was big enough for the two of us and the bed was good. Attached to the room was a small bathroom with sink and toilet, with attached to it a private hammam, with shower and heated table. Lovely! We used it every evening after a long day of walking. (It was often warm in the room itself because of the heating of this hammam, but this was quickly solved by turning on the air conditioning and closing the doors to the bathroom and hammam.) There was also a small balcony, lovely to chill out on. Breakfast was also well arranged and varied. Finally, the location: perfect! Very close to the large shopping street Istiklal street, and the metro station Taksim Meydani, but still quiet, you don't hear any noise from it or anything. I would go to this hotel again, certainly for this price.

I came to this hotel with my family, everything is wonderful, we stayed in this hotel for four nights, it is unique, the breakfast is very delicious, the View restaurant is very nice, the access to everything is great, all the shops and restaurants are near the hotel, especially the security. This wonderful hotel is in a very central location. It is in a location where you can reach every point of Istanbul. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the hotel is very important, there is a flawless understanding of cleanliness. The breakfast is extremely meticulous and rich in variety. The N’evet Istanbul restaurant on the upper floor of the hotel offers excellent flavors with its very distinguished staff. The meat, kebab and appetizers I ate here were flawless. And that’s not all, there is also a wonderful terrace on the top floor with a view of the Bosphorus, I really enjoy spending time here. In short, it is a 10 out of 10 facility.

A great hotel to visit in the heart of Istanbul with excellent service. Incredibly delicious breakfasts (Various, for the most picky visitor. With a lot of fruits, apricots, peaches, cherries. About 10 types of pastries) Ideal frequency. Very beautiful view from the restaurant of the city and the Bosphorus Strait. There is a wonderful rooftop bar. With a large selection of all kinds of different drinks and cocktails. Very nice service staff. Many thanks to the waiters!!! The rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed immediately upon request. Thanks to the cleaning staff! This hotel is a must visit - here you will get everything you want in terms of comfort, location, food!!!! We plan to return with joy!
