I recently stayed at Vance Hotel (East Railway Station Airport Road Branch), and I must say the experience was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and made sure all our needs were met promptly. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. What truly stood out to me was how quickly they responded to any requests. Whether it was a simple room service order or more specific inquiries, they were quick to reply and take action. It made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. I must give special mention to 小橙子, who was incredibly friendly and not only offered fantastic suggestions, but also made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

Great hotel to stay if you’re going to travel to the East station, it is very close. The room is surprisingly clean and spacious, with really good technology. The amenities are more than adequate and they provided Dyson hairdryer!!!

The location was just one station away from hangzhou East railway station. The room was clean with many new hi-tech items to use. Overall, it was enjoyable and easy to get around place to stay.

The hotel looks pretty new and the room is fine. However, it is weird that the hotel does not accept international credit card. The staff is not very helpful. Breakfast is just so so.
