Good location, next to the train station. Room and services were good

The room is quite large. The only drawback is that the water pressure in the shower head is too low. The hot water sometimes goes up and down. The room is carpeted, but there is inevitably some dirt on the carpet that cannot be removed.

It's a 5-minute walk from Hualien Railway Station. The bed is pretty good but the pillow is a bit flat. The water pressure is moderate, the bath products are from the Chazitang series, and the toilet is not a disposable toilet. It is highly recommended.

The location is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to Hualien Railway Station. There is a 7-11 not far downstairs, but it will be quite far from the city for eating in the evening. After the rental time at night, the hotel's bicycles cannot be rented. If there is no transportation, it is more convenient to rent a motorcycle. But the C P value is quite high, and the hotel's breakfast selection is also good.

The service of the lady at the front desk was great! The breakfast was also very good in the same price range, with all kinds of food! The free bicycle service and slow delivery postcards were a pleasant surprise!

If you continue to stay in the room, please inform the front desk that the room does not need to be cleaned. But in the afternoon, the housekeeping staff opened the door directly. The DND light in my room was pressed. The housekeeping staff did not even knock on the door or shout house keeping at the door. The housekeeping staff also did not apologize at all.

I don’t know if it’s been raining in Hualien recently. Although the room has a dehumidifier, the carpet still feels damp when stepped on. The room is not too big, but it is not cramped either. The refrigerator is not cold enough. Some small areas could be better.

The weather was great when we checked in! The standard quadruple room has a good view, but the refrigerator is not cold. On the contrary, the double room faces the alley and has no view. I will consider coming back next time I come to Hualien.

Very close to Hualien Station, very convenient! The entrance hall on the first floor has a sense of design! The room was bigger than expected and the bed was huge! The shower room and toilet are separated, which is a good design! The only thing that can be strengthened is the heavy humidity and musty smell The smell is quite noticeable when you get out of the elevator.

The decoration design of the hotel is good, and the general feeling is quite good. There are many choices for breakfast, both Chinese and Western. A slight drawback is that it takes a long time to turn on the hot water. The kid has already stripped naked and is about to take a bath, but the hot water hasn’t come yet🤣 And the sound insulation is not good. As long as there are passengers with children, they will hear the sound while jumping around. There should also be noise from the toilet drain pipe, which keeps making a sound of running water. When I get up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet, the noise becomes more obvious. However, the hotel was very considerate and put earplugs on the bedside table. Maybe it was prepared for this reason 😂 I hope the shortcomings can be improved. If I have the opportunity to go back to Hualien in the future, I will still want to book here!

Strategic location

The CP value is high. The hotel is just outside the station. The breakfast is great and highly recommended. By the way, the building is very earthquake-proof. I checked in on the night of 4/22 and it kept shaking all night.
