Best hotel for families and kids. You can take picture with Woody and Bo Peep. There are a lot of activities available with different slots. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with two big beds. TV has a lot of animation movies where you can enjoy watching all night. Shuttle bus is provided to Disneyland, and you’re entitled with early pass to enter the theme park. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Amazing hotel, brings us back to when we were still kids watching Toy Story in the cinema ❤️ the room was so well-designed and nostalgic my partner and I just sat on the bed and admired the deco and layout. Got an early park entry benefit too if you are staying at their hotel! Perfect service and photo spots. Definitely recommend!

I had a pleasant stay at the Toy Story Hotel in Shanghai. The room was clean. There are so many Toy Story-themed decorations that you feel completely immersed—it's like stepping into a Toy Story movie! An added perk is the complimentary early entry pass to Disneyland, allowing you to explore the park before it opens to the general public. Overall, a magical experience for any Disney fan!

Rooms were small but clean. Basic amenities were adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was still as beautiful and accommodating since we last visited last 2019. We super love the theme, the rooms and the food of the hotel. We also liked how nice and approachable the crew were.

a very worth it hotel, twice as cheap than the other hotel, good location and easy to access the theme park, overall staff were very helpful especially the housekeeping staff very friendly even left a note every day, room is clean and looks very new well maintained, the restaurant serves nice food and also many photo taking opportunities

The cheapest disney Hotel there. Clean and friendly staffs. the location is pretty sweet if you're planning to hit up Disneyland early. They give you a free early pass to enter the park at 7:30 am, but you gotta line up for the shuttle bus by 6:20 am. Just a heads up, check-in took a while, like 20 minutes, and there's no convenience store nearby if you're craving some snacks.

As a toy story fan staying here is always my top choice, if you gg to Disney you will get early access to the park if stay there. Breakfast spread also alot of options.

Room was modern and clean. Good size as well. Looking forward to visiting again!

Early entry and secret duffy&friends in Lotso shop are worth the price.

Nothing to complain about the stay. Room is clean and new, staff were really friendly , conveniently located just less than 10 minutes bus journey to Disneyland

Location is very close to the Disney Theme Park and with shuttle Bus providing easily to and from the Hotel. Breakfasts is general not exceeding our expectation, staff services are good as so many hotel guests arriving during the Summer Vacation. More or less, it is a good memorable stay for the frame of the Hotel.

The hotel is absolutely lovely and couldn't be closer to Shanghai Disneyland. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms came with adorable toothbrushes, amenities kits, and slippers which make great souvenirs with impressive designs and details. Shuttle services between hotel and the park are available every 10 mins throughout the days.
