Loved my stay! Great staff, cutest hotel, and Super easy to go to Disneyland. I’d definitely come back!

The room was great, clean and hygienic. The staff did a thorough and careful job cleaning and were also very enthusiastic. Early park access (up to 1 hour before opening): An hour can make a big difference, definitely worth it. Round-trip shuttle bus from the hotel to Disney Town: Convenient and fast, with frequent departures. The bus stop is much closer than the pedestrian bridge to the parking lot.

Extremely convenient for visiting Shanghai Disney and the daily housekeepers were very detailed and sensitive to our needs without us asking. All the staff whom we passed by will greet us with a big smile on their faces. Other than not being able to celebrate birthday with lighted candles and our room was a long walk away from the lift, everything was pleasant

The room size was just right, and the color scheme was perfect for children. The service was warm and friendly, and my child had a great experience, which is definitely commendable. The facilities were comprehensive and well thought out. Highly recommend.

This is a park hotel, and despite a large number of guests checking in, the staff managed everything in an orderly fashion with warm service. The room was clean and tidy, and it came with early park access. We also purchased a separate half-day ticket. There's a round-trip shuttle bus from the hotel to Disneyland, which made getting to the park very convenient. We had a fantastic time at Disneyland! 🥳

Not worth the price. Ambiance: Exterior environment is 4 stars. Room environment is 3 stars. Service was okay, and breakfast was just average, though certainly better than what you'd find in a tourist area. Still, for Shanghai, I wouldn't say it was good value for money.

Quite convenient! - There's an early access channel to the park in the morning (though we didn't use it, we slept in instead). - When you're tired from playing, you can always take the shuttle back to the hotel for a good nap. - The hotel management is pretty good; they pay attention to safety details. Even when playing foosball in the lobby, there's staff supervising. The only thing that needs improvement is the body wash and shampoo; adults have to squeeze really hard to get even a tiny bit out. Overall, it's pretty good.

Booked 2 rooms with a connecting door, my kids love the bathtub. Should book it with breakfast instead as there's not much options around. Free shuttle to Disneyland and Disney town.

Very good experience staying here in the Toy Story Hotel. There's many activities in the hotel and my children loves playing foosball at the lobby. There's also Toy Story characters for photo taking. Best part is that there is early admission to Disneyland for hotel guests and the shuttle bus to Disney Town is very convenient.

We stayed at the Toy Story Hotel for just one night, but the experience far exceeded our expectations and perfectly complemented our Disney trip. The hotel's attention to service details was excellent. The complimentary shuttle service was a major highlight; it ran frequently and took only ten minutes to get from the hotel to Disney Town. This was especially great after watching the fireworks at night when it's crowded – being able to quickly get back to the hotel was fantastic, and families with children will definitely appreciate this feature. The agreement for our late check-out was very considerate. We enjoyed the park in the morning, then returned to the hotel at noon and requested a late check-out. This allowed us to pack our luggage and rest a bit more leisurely, which significantly relaxed the pace of our entire trip. For guests staying only one night with a tight schedule, this extra time was invaluable and thoughtful. Overall, the convenient transportation, the joyful atmosphere filled with Toy Story elements, and flexible customer service like late check-out made it more than just a place to sleep – it became an integral part of the magical Disney experience. If we visit again, we would definitely consider staying here.

We chose to return to this hotel for a second visit, and for good reason. Its biggest advantage is the proximity to Disneyland. The provided shuttle bus is reliable and takes all the stress out of getting to and from the parks.

Convenient transportation, with a shuttle service from the subway to the hotel until 11 PM. The theme is adorable, from the moment you enter the hotel to the decor and amenities. The service is attentive; check-in, luggage storage, and directions were all very clear. The best perk is getting into the park over an hour early, which makes it even more enjoyable.
