Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong Reviews

Interior design is vintage and everything is original. It looks like ‘80 hotel. Room size is big but lighting is dark. Not enough towels, only 2 big and 2 med. carpet needs to be clean.

The room and towels are old and full of moldy smell inside the room. Stains everywhere in the shower area. Not a pleasant experience.

Good place. View good. Very near good restaurant. And very near tram.

the location is very convenient. very close to tram stop, and surrounded with good restaurants and shops.

It is clean. The staffs were friendly, especially the uncle by the door is very friendly and accommodating. The room is big and better than similar room at that price range. I got a slight hiccup where the receptionist gave me a downgraded room, I’m sure it is unintentional mistake, but have to go down again to switch room. They do not provide a water bottle, and the indoors slippers are as thin as a paper. But again, the room is spacious.

It is very good location. Also, we can have dim sum in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel.

Easy to reach hotel via taxi or tram. It is located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and bars around. The view from the room is good and the beds are comfy.

Carpet is smelly and very uncomfortable. Didn't stay at this hotel, looked for other hotel. Money already paid for this hotel and gone, very disappointed.

Location perfect, close to Tram and Metro. The Hotel is pretty old but we would recommend the hotel for a couple of nights.
