Overall, if there are any issues encountered, the hotel manager will respond quickly and take appropriate action. For example, when I mentioned that the WiFi signal was weak and unstable during check-in, the hotel manager arranged for a room change. Upon inquiry, I discovered that the room allocation and distance would affect WiFi reception. The hotel staff then suggested that for future stays, I could make a note requesting a room with better WiFi reception. This stay from October 3rd to October 9th was also quite good. Unfortunately, my wife and I only learned about the hotel's structural issues on October 7th, and since my wife had too much luggage, we didn't want to change rooms again. We will be staying again soon in the future.

I booked a spacious room for only 450k VND/night, and late check-out was 50k VND/hour. The receptionist was super friendly, and the security guard was nice. The hotel is clean and the location is convenient. Even though there was road construction, I walked, so I still had a shortcut. It's within walking distance to the food area on Le Loi street and Luong Van Can market. There's also a pretty good snail stall near the hotel.

The location is pretty good, with many cafes nearby. It's just a few minutes' walk to the very center of town. There's also a shuttle bus to Cat Ba Island not far from downstairs, so it's convenient to just walk over and catch it.

The environment is clean, breakfast is good, and the swimming pool is huge. They offer turndown service in the evenings. This time, I stayed in an executive room, which grants access to the executive lounge on the first floor with unlimited drinks and light snacks. However, it's a bit far from the city center, so you'll need to use Grab for transportation.

Even the maintenance crew was prompt and discreet, keeping everything in top shape without disrupting guests. The breakfast buffet was fresh and varied, adding to the overall delightful stay. This hotel clearly prioritizes guest satisfaction, and it shows in every aspect. I felt pampered and relaxed throughout my visit, and I’m already looking forward to my next stay. Highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a flawless hotel experience!

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. The interior design was modern, and the room itself was spacious and airy. I also appreciated how quick and smooth the check-in process was. The breakfast was good too. The only downside was that the soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from outside or nearby elevator. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and good value for the price.

Great stay at Sheraton Hai Phong Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and the location was convenient. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The gym and swimming pool were excellent, and the breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The service staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. The front desk and bell staff were also very professional and courteous. Overall, it met the standard I would expect from a Marriott hotel, and I was not disappointed. One small area for improvement is the bathroom ventilation. The exhaust fan was not very strong, and sometimes there was a slight smell in the bathroom when the air conditioning was not on.

This homestay is located in the center of Haiphong, not far from the train station, and the bus is also very convenient. The room is very quiet, not far from the market, and it is very convenient to eat and take the bus. There are various food stores downstairs

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From the front desk to the room service. I’m traveling with 2 of my kids (10/13 ) and they both loved the buffet style breakfast. In room dining is also a must try. It’s also located in the heart of Haiphong !!! P.s always squeaky clean

The room is spacious, airy, fully furnished but some equipment is quite old, the dressing table lamp is broken and does not turn on, there is no night light. Location near the center, convenient for traveling, there is a place to park motorbikes.
