Great location! The breakfast had a good variety of ingredients so you could make your own meal, and they even cooked up delicious Korean ramen upon request. I made a mistake with my booking date, but the hotel staff helped me sort it out. Despite the inconvenience, the view was lovely and the room was clean and well-maintained.

Service was okay, but the hotel is in an area undergoing road construction, which made it a bit difficult to catch a taxi and get around.

The room was clean, and breakfast was decent. If you don't want to go out, you can also eat on the first floor. There's a small pool on the rooftop. The TV was also high-definition.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, and it absolutely met my expectations. It’s well-equipped, open 24 hours a day, and it ended up being the facility I used the most during my stay. The swimming pools also looked large and well-maintained, although I didn’t have the opportunity to use them. Overall, I had a very positive experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel, whether you’re traveling for business or leisure.

The only downside was that the soundproofing could be improved, as I could occasionally hear noise from outside or nearby elevator. The private curtains are a nice touch. There are two shared bathrooms and they are clean. For this price, they provide a toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, and a towel. There aren't many budget hostels in Hai Phong, so for the price, the condition is good.

The hotel is quite new, and the overall environment is comfortable with high-end facilities. My stay was initially very pleasant. However, something very troublesome happened during check-in. Without my confirmation, the front desk staff directly charged my room fee to a previously saved credit card (did the card machine automatically store the credit card information?). However, I had already prepaid my room fee through Trip, so it shouldn't have been charged again. And they shouldn't have processed the charge without my confirmation and signature. Fortunately, I noticed it immediately and reported it on the spot. But then they said they couldn't process a refund immediately and it had to go through the finance department. So, I asked them to send an email confirming the double charge and promising a refund, as it would be quite inconvenient to deal with a double charge after leaving the hotel. This incident prevented me from enjoying my breakfast properly. I suggest the hotel strengthen its payment procedures. Any credit card charges or debits should always be confirmed with the guest first to avoid double billing and to build trust in payment security among travelers.
