Day 1 waited for awhile due to some miscommunication from agent on changing my room which I didn’t. Day 2 aircon broke down & hotel arranged to change to another room (which I’m happy as it’s direct view for fireworks, previous room can’t really see much fireworks) but door lock got issue & abit frustrating when opening the door but as it’s last day so didn’t bother to change room again.

We chose this hotel so that we will be able to leave our stuff in the hotel and also go back for shower rather than using the shared facilities at the theme park. Spacious room and clean. However, the service of the hotel feels like a budget hotel rather than a 4-star hotel. The staff had took my details earlier and when I went to the front desk to collect my room key, the other staff took a long time to locate my booking. They also had many empty rooms available but they seem to be more happy turning customers away at the doorstep rather than having satisfied customers walking out of their hotel. We arrived there earlier and requested for early check in, they asked for RM 291 for early check in as a half day rate which was daylight robbery! Unbelievable!

The located was walking distance to Sunway lagoon and sunway pyramid! The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. They provide water dispenser in the corridor on each floor. The staff also very helpful and kindness. I will definitely to come back! 👍👍👍

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the City Center, Extremely Clean & Comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff NuruL, she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city, Supermarket, Shops, Restaurants Bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again NuruL for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Can't expect too much when u pay that much. There is like a musty smell maybe due to no window therefore the air circulation is not good. But just looking for hotel to rest for a night so consider acceptable, location is nice just nearby to sunway pyramid.

My first time here.. strategic location next to the mall.. , Room is clean but old, staff are ok.. the big downside is we hafta pay the parking ourselves which cost me about rm24 for a day.. bad one!!

It was close to the BRT station and the Sunway pyramid, and the price was very cheap and quite comfortable. The room was small and it was a little unfortunate that there was no refrigerator, but the staff was very friendly and I would like to use it again when I visit again.

It's a great hotel. I highly recommend it if you go to the sunway lagoon. The price is favorable and the room has sufficient equipment, such as hair dryers, towels, TVs, etc. Residents can also rest in the public facilities outside the room, where free drinking fountains are available.

We stayed at Sunway Resort for 4 nights, and it seems the hotel has recently undergone renovations, enhancing everything from the lobby to the rooms. The spaces are functional, spacious, and comfortable, contributing to an overall pleasant staying experience. The swimming pool, catering to both kids and adults, is perfect. Access to Sunway Pyramid and Lagoon is very convenient, requiring only a less-than-5-minute walk through the hotel without needing to go to the roadside. However, our experience was somewhat dampened by the service. While the receptionist and bellboy provided satisfactory service, we were not pleased with the housekeeping, hotel breakfast, and gym facility workers. They exhibited unfriendliness, lacked smiles, and struggled to understand our requests. We even encountered a fly on the bread, and there was no immediate assistance. When we raised our concerns, it seemed that they did not take the matter seriously, simply disposing of the bread and walking away without providing any response. In the dining section, when inquiring about drinks for kids, they failed to mention a dedicated kid's section and instead suggested paying extra for a chocolate drink, even though we found chocolate milk and Yakult in the kid's section. Given the price of RM109 for breakfast, we feel that the food and service are not justified. We sincerely hope that the hotel can improve its service to match the high standards set by the hotel environment. Despite these issues, we are still considering booking Sunway for our future stays in KL.

Good - Location was good. Very advance self fully check-in service was good. Bad - But your 5 last digit booking number was not the trip booking number, need to call them and get, or else cannot check in and nobody here to assist. So if the person at whatsapp or calling cannot get. Then you may need to wait and wait and wait. Luckily the pickup was at the second call. Bad - Only 1 card given. Room for 2 person. So means the room card is slot in to the power supply and second person cannot go out. Because you will have no card to come in. And your roommate need to fetch you from ground floor. At least provide extra cars for the convenience of guest. Bad - Toilet-bowl need deep cleaning. Can see the dirt around. Bad - Pool table out of order not repaired. PlayStation machine there but no control to use or play.

We booked this property thinking it's a hotel concept and more over there is no clue it's under AIR B&B. What a cheat it was .... b'coz they cleverly put in under the roof of Pyramid . To our surprise for the amount we paid we feel so disappointed . There is no soap to wash. There is no coffee mug ? Not even a tea spoon . We have to call the guy who gave us the key to bring bath mat ?? After shower no bath mat . ???? How if my mom slip n fell in the toilet ?? Toilet roll place broken . The hose is leaking . Shower curtain is very dirty we can't even hold it by our hands to pull it . Someone has to look into this property seriously . Of coz we understand there are management to look into all this ..... however we as a guest should not be cheated . I'm working in the Hotel Line for almost 20 years . But this property is worst . Very expensive . Just because of the location they any how charge their guest and can't be bothered attitude . When I made a complained to the guy who gave me the key .... he asked me to take picture and send him . Do you think I have no better work to do ...... This should be look into those who are in charge of this property . Not as a guest we come and stay . I will never ever stay in this property or not even the Pyramid Hotel . Very sad .
