The airport drop-off service was excellent, running every twenty minutes and always on time. The check-in staff were also great; they extended my check-out time by an hour and even gave me delicious cookies. However, the airport pick-up service was terrible. I waited at gate 3A for a full fifty minutes. A car drove right past me without stopping in the middle of it – what was that all about? I was dragging two suitcases and ended up chasing it, which left me with a huge bruise. Furthermore, this hotel is massive with many buildings. The building I stayed in felt like it had very few guests. The room facilities were also quite old (though I appreciated having a microwave in the room). There were all sorts of noises at night, and being alone, I honestly got a bit scared. I ended up sleeping with the lights on.

I enjoyed my stay at Red Roof Inn. The email enquiries were always rapidly replied to. Staff are very nice. The room was vast and clean and had free coffee. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel itself has no restaurants but there are restaurants nearby you can walk to. The Vietnamese restaurant nearby was very good and for breakfast there’s Denny’s. Airport shuttle was very convenient. For the price, it was perfect.

The room size was decent, and the location is quite close to the airport, making it a good choice for a layover or to adjust to the time difference. The breakfast offered a good variety. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom fan was quite noisy. On the bright side, the morning glow outside the hotel entrance was beautiful.

Big room but old facilities However, there is a 24-hour yellow bus from the hotel to the airport every ten minutes, which is very convenient to catch the flight the next morning.

Location location location. If you walk through the airport as if you’re going to the rail station, you’re almost at the Hilton. It’s especially handy if you’re flying Alaska Airlines. Super convenient, reasonably priced.

It's very close to the airport, making it suitable for people catching an early morning flight the next day. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and the front desk service is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

Excellent place only 15 mins walk and safe, there are nearby restaurants like Dennys. They have hot coffee at the reception and nice front desk. They have hot water a plus and some amenities. Nice and comfortable room. Free shuttle to airport just inform front desk.

The hotel is very close to the passenger terminal, just a dozen minutes' walk away. There is a shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport, which is very convenient. The problem is that it is too close to the airport and the noise is a bit loud, but after days of running around, I was so tired that I could fall asleep peacefully amid the roar of the planes.

After arriving at the airport, I called the hotel and waited about 15 minutes for the shuttle bus at the designated pick-up point. The hotel seems to be located near a road, as it was a bit noisy at night. The room was adequate for our stay. There's also a shuttle bus service every half hour in the morning. Breakfast was a simple American style, but the taste was quite ordinary. The cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the towels, could be improved slightly. The price was acceptable.
