Hotels in Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Seattle

The airport drop-off service was excellent, running every twenty minutes and always on time. The check-in staff were also great; they extended my check-out time by an hour and even gave me delicious cookies. However, the airport pick-up service was terrible. I waited at gate 3A for a full fifty minutes. A car drove right past me without stopping in the middle of it – what was that all about? I was dragging two suitcases and ended up chasing it, which left me with a huge bruise. Furthermore, this hotel is massive with many buildings. The building I stayed in felt like it had very few guests. The room facilities were also quite old (though I appreciated having a microwave in the room). There were all sorts of noises at night, and being alone, I honestly got a bit scared. I ended up sleeping with the lights on.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location was great, very close to the airport.

The hotel is right next to the airport, and the facilities are great. The garden is nice too, and they have a pool and a heated pool. The only downsides were waiting a long time for the shuttle – it was already evening when I arrived, and it was windy and rainy, so waiting outside was quite cold. Also, the room key they gave me didn't work for some reason, and I had to get it replaced twice. However, the front desk did give me a breakfast voucher as compensation. Oh, and the food at the restaurant in the evening was really good!

Very friendly check-in. We could use our room one hour earlier than earliest check-in time. On walking distance from the airport with also various dining options nearby. Hotel has an half hourly shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are spacious, but the system to suck the humid air from the bathroom was way too loud. Earplugs are required. Hotel does not have a pool. Breakfast was good.

Big room but old facilities However, there is a 24-hour yellow bus from the hotel to the airport every ten minutes, which is very convenient to catch the flight the next morning.

1. No toothpaste, no hair dryer 2. It is 3-4 kilometers from the airport, not close. The hotel's airport shuttle is charged, $7.43 per trip. One car can seat several people 3. Don't expect breakfast in American motels, just a banana and a cup of coffee 4. The Red Lion across the street and a few others are probably more reliable. At least the windows are not next to the corridor, like a hotel 5. I will never stay in a motel with corridors in the future. It feels unsafe to have windows next to the corridor, I guess we Chinese are not used to it

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

Since I had a connecting flight back home the next day and needed to stay overnight in Seattle, the hotel shuttle was easy to find – right under the airport parking lot. It takes you directly to the hotel, and you can take it back to the airport as well; it's very punctual and convenient. Although the hotel is a bit old, the room had a microwave, which was very handy for us arriving late and just wanting to grab something from the supermarket to eat.

The facilities, cleanliness, and environment are all good. It's very close to the airport, and the shuttle bus is almost always available. You can take the shuttle to the airport and then transfer to transit to the city, which is very convenient. We did the same thing on our return. Service: Very worrying! Initially, we were given a key card for a room that was already occupied. This was awkward. When we opened the door, the other person was visibly confused. ❓ They also made duplicate charges (I had already prepaid in full through Ctrip, but they still charged me for the room. I was so impressed with their service that I checked, and there really was something wrong. The front desk staff kept saying the deposit would be refunded, but in reality, they charged me twice: the deposit and the room. It's best to ask for a receipt after checking out). I contacted Ctrip customer service to get the money back. The front desk staff seemed extremely unprofessional. I have no idea what they were doing! The shuttle bus was convenient, but the driver was also very indifferent. Tipping is not expected.

I stayed in several Motel 6 hotels, and this one exceeded my expectations the most. First, it is not far from the city, and there is a big shopping mall within a 5-minute drive. Second, the room is big and the bathroom is clean, which is a bit like a self-operated store instead of a franchised small hotel. Third, the parking lot is big and the front desk is very friendly. If you stay in the summer, you can also swim in the hotel.
