Additionally, the in-room delivery robot doesn't make any sound notifications, making it easy to miss deliveries. Furthermore, cleaning details need improvement; the stained floors and some worn-out furniture you mentioned detracted from the overall impression. In summary, the hotel's core services are acceptable, but the hardware flaws and cleaning details lowered the overall experience. It's acceptable for a brief, transitional stay, but if you have higher demands for device charging, a quiet environment, or cleanliness standards, you should consider other options. The Chimelong Hotel Guangzhou was a perfect experience! Located right in the heart of the resort, it's super convenient to get to all the different parks, and the direct shuttle service made things incredibly easy. The hotel really embraced its natural surroundings; you can see white tigers and flamingos on the central animal island, offering an immersive nature experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. Check-in was fast and efficient. There was a wide variety of dining options, and the White Tiger Restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere. It's definitely a top choice for a family vacation, and overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chimelong!

After all, we wanted to stay somewhere comfortable so we'd have the energy to go out and have a great time! So we scoured many platforms and compared options for a long time before finally settling on this hotel, and overall, I think it was the better choice. First off, the location really impressed me! It's not far from popular commercial areas and attractions, especially the newly opened K11 mall, which is only about a ten-minute walk away. And when we went to Happy World, we didn't even need to take the subway or spend a lot on a taxi because it's only about a kilometer away. If you don't feel like walking, a taxi ride is only about ten yuan. There are also many local, authentic restaurants nearby with really good food. Every morning, we had breakfast downstairs – the rice noodles and congee were excellent, and the prices were incredibly cheap, comparable to what we paid in high school! It saved us the trouble of specifically hunting for good food, which was a huge relief. Our room experience was also fantastic. The decor was a simple style, but all the necessary facilities and equipment were well-appointed and convenient to use. It was really comfortable to stay in. The room was spotlessly clean, with neatly wiped tables. The room diffuser had a lovely scent that I really liked. We chose a sun-facing room, and in the mornings, the sun streamed in, making it feel wonderfully warm. The bed was just the right firmness, and the pillows were very comfortable. After a tiring day out, we'd go back, lie down, and fall asleep quickly, sleeping soundly until morning. The overall experience was truly amazing! Although there were a couple of minor issues during check-in, the hotel butler handled them all for me.

If the washing machine doors aren't wiped down after use and left open for ventilation, they get musty. I'd recommend anyone staying here to bring their own laundry scent boosters. **Hygiene:** Overall, the hygiene was alright, but the dampness was a persistent problem. As soon as you entered the room, there was a strong, stuffy odor. The bathroom and shower also had a slight unpleasant smell once the doors were opened. Thankfully, I brought air freshener spray. **Environment:** I've stayed at three hotels in the south this month, all family rooms and similarly priced. This one had the smallest area. It's neither particularly good nor bad. For younger guests, its older design might not offer the same value as newer hotels like those under the Huazhu Group. Its advantage is that everything is pretty standard. The dinner was very good; I tried the cheong fun and wonton noodles, both delicious, and the coffee was decent too. Downstairs, there's a popular Shunde cuisine restaurant and Florentia Village, and it's quite convenient for getting to Foshan. **Service:** It's typical of an older, established hotel. The staff we encountered were all quite knowledgeable and professional in answering questions, indicating good training. The elevator consistently played videos of staff singing and dancing, which created a pleasant atmosphere. It really felt like the employees working here had a high level of job satisfaction.

It's a century-old brand, and the food was excellent. The hotel's location is great too, only about a five-minute walk from Jinlong Subway Station, making it convenient to get anywhere. Overall, I'm satisfied.
