Hangting Hotel Properties in Harbin

Upon check-in, the tall female staff member at the front desk noticed we had a lot of luggage and proactively and warmly helped us open the door. She was efficient and processed our check-in quickly. The room window faced Qiulin Company, and although it was right above a main road, the noise wasn't too bad once the window was closed. The room was clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, there was no luggage rack or cabinet to place suitcases, so we had to organize them on the floor, which was inconvenient. On the day of check-out, we returned at 11:30 AM after buying some things across the street and asked the front desk if we could have a slightly extended check-out time to organize our luggage. A shorter female staff member at the front desk repeatedly urged us to download the HUAZHU app, claiming it would grant a two-hour extension. We repeatedly told her that we were in a hurry and didn't want to deal with that, and just needed a little extra time to pack, like at other hotels. This staff member then informed us that we would get half an hour, and any time beyond that would be charged. What should have been a simple request turned into a lengthy and troublesome ordeal, which negatively impacted our experience.

Not very satisfied. The hotel claimed room A was at the end of the corridor but gave me a room right next to the elevator. The room was tiny and oddly shaped, and there was no movable table. On top of that, the front desk staff's attitude was subpar; they weren't welcoming at all and even made me feel uncomfortable.

My stay at Hanting Hotel exceeded expectations; it was clean, tidy, and offered excellent value for money. The hotel is conveniently located near the subway and shopping areas, making it easy to get around and find food. The front desk service was warm and efficient, handling check-in quickly, and they were responsive to any issues. Although the room wasn't large, it was well-designed, with soft and comfortable bedding and a supportive mattress, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with a separate wet and dry area, no odors or stains, and plenty of hot water. The soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night. There were plenty of charging outlets, and the Wi-Fi was stable. The self-service laundry room was a great perk for business travelers. Overall, it's simple, comfortable, and well-equipped with practical facilities, no unnecessary frills. It was a reassuring and hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip.

I was very satisfied with my stay! The hotel has a great location and convenient transportation. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept well all night. The facilities were complete, and the internet was smooth. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again. · Location: Located in the city center/close to the subway station, very convenient for dining and shopping nearby. ·

The staff were really friendly, and housekeeping kept the room spotless. Breakfast was also great, perfect for my diet during a management period. Plus, there are all sorts of snacks nearby, especially Shenyang chicken rack. It was a comfortable stay, and the food was delicious too.

The room was very clean and tidy and the service was in place. When the door lock kept ringing at night, I responded immediately and took care of it immediately. Then I forgot to take my tablet and called the front desk. They found it for me in time. Thank you very much🥹 Anyway, it’s super good

This time I stayed at Hanting Harbin Engineering University Subway Station and the experience was great! The front desk service is super intimate, and all questions are patiently answered, and people are particularly friendly. The room cleaning aunt is serious and responsible. The room is cleaned every day, the bedding is clean, the bathroom is refreshing, and the details are particularly good. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, the price is very high, the service and hygiene are impeccable, I really recommend it to everyone!

The hotel is newly opened and the environment is clean. However, the room on the first day was a bit noisy. I reported this problem to the front desk. The front desk said they would change my room for me, but I slept like this all night without much rest. When I arrived at the front desk the next day, I was greeted by a girl named Xinxin. It should be the manager here. She is very enthusiastic and laughs. After hearing my request, she immediately changed my room and moved me to a higher floor. They also gave me fruits and helped me change the room card for a new room. I hope the hotel employees will be trained according to the standards of Manager Xinxin. I will choose to stay here next time. I also work in a hotel. I welcome her to visit my place and share her experiences with my employees.

The hotel has convenient parking. It is very close to Harbin West Railway Station and the Airport Expressway. The front desk service is very good and the response to requests is very fast. The people are very friendly. When ordering takeout, a robot will deliver it, so you don't have to go downstairs to pick it up. The 24-hour laundry room is really great. Good news for people traveling on business. The public area on the first floor will not disturb others. It has complete facilities. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. I like it.

This hotel is truly a shining gem on any journey. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by its elegant and grand decor and the perfectly balanced lighting. The front desk staff's smiles were as refreshing as a spring breeze, and the check-in process was efficient and thoughtful. They even offered warm towels and fragrant tea, instantly washing away the fatigue of travel. The guest room showcased exquisite craftsmanship: the bedding was cloud-soft, conforming to every inch of my skin; the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night that allowed for deep sleep. The bathroom featured a wet/dry separation, ample water pressure, instant hot water, and subtly luxurious herbal amenities with a soothing fragrance. Waking up in the morning, soft natural light streamed through the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city or sea views, like a private painting. The breakfast buffet offered everything from freshly ground coffee to local delicacies. The chef's freshly made omelets were fluffy and golden, perfectly paired with freshly baked croissants – a delightful experience for the taste buds. In the afternoon, I relaxed in the sky garden, surrounded by greenery, with a gentle breeze carrying the scent of flowers. The butler thoughtfully brought refreshing roselle tea and handmade cookies, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
