The hotel is located next to Hoan Kiem Lake, 3 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, 8 minutes walk to Hanoi Cathedral. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to 36 Lines Street. There are many restaurants downstairs. The hotel is very well equipped in the local area. First of all, it is clean and hygienic. The room is relatively large and has a balcony. The front desk service is very good. They helped to carry the luggage to the room and upgraded my room. I especially praise GIna at the front desk for her enthusiastic service, answering and helping me with the questions I raised. Knowing that I was very tired coming from Ho Chi Minh City, I was allowed to check in early and upgraded the room.

This hotel really satisfied me. The location is extremely convenient, right next to the famous attractions, so I can move around easily. The rooms are spacious, clean and fully equipped. I was especially impressed with the quiet space and beautiful view, ideal for relaxing after a long day. The hotel service is also very attentive, the staff is always ready to support and very friendly. I felt well taken care of from the time I checked in until I left. Jack's support helped me have a great vacation and not have to worry about where to stay. I am very grateful and will definitely come back here next time!

This is a good place to stay, the scenery is great with breakfast on the 9th floor overlooking the lake The hotel is also very close to restaurants and near Hoan Kiem Lake, we can walk around the lake every morning. The staff here are extremely friendly and attentive, they helped us a lot. On weekends the traffic here is so complicated that it is impossible to park the car near the hotel. Thank you Jack for taking us there to make everything go smoothly.

What a wonderful place to experience, Vietnam is a wonderful country, from the people to the landscape. The hotel here is very helpful, they helped us a lot, they are friendly and dedicated. On the weekends the traffic here is chaotic, we had a hard time booking a car, but Jack helped us book a car and got me to the place safely. Thank you Jack, thank you to the staff here, I will come back at some point

Thank you, San Boutique Hotel, for such a lovely stay! The entire experience was amazing. All the staff are incredibly friendly, making us feel so welcome throughout our visit. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. Plus, the location is perfect—right near the heart of the city, which made everything super convenient. A special shoutout to Ms. Cara, who went above and beyond to take care of us. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay extra memorable. We love this place so much and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

The hotel looks a bit dated and is in a great location with a lovely view of the lake. I was very impressed with the attitude of the staff, who were really helpful and kind, especially Ms. Cara, who took our family around the hotel and introduced us to all the attractions. must-see sights of the area,everything is outstanding.
