What a lovely hotel. We landed on our first day in Hanoi at this lovely property, just overlooking the lake. Its a nice, calm, quaint area with cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are spacious, best amongst all the other hotels that we stayed in.. The room, bathroom has a luxurious and Victorian kind of feel. The staff at the reception, entrance also at the breakfast restaurant were very helpful. The breakfast is also very nice, lot of variety.. thoughtful to have a little Indian food counter for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay. Thank You.

That was a perfect place. Very kind staff overall speaking. Wonderful breakfast buffet. High speed internet which helped me a lot for my teaching and meetings. I would love to be here again. Above all, my prime king room looks exactly as in the photos and even better. In short, this place is a perfect choice. I wanted to stay here more but I was not able to extend the same type of room. The only shortcoming is that I arrived early and I had to choose between waiting 5 hours or pay one full night to check in early which was a bit unfair in my view. Once again, thanks for the perfect services provided. 🤗👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There's no detergent in the kitchen to clean the cups. Need to get the washing powder. Overall, we have pleasant stay in Nesta - Grand Hao Nam. Feels like home.

A good choice if you’re staying a week or more. Easy access to downtown or elsewhere by car. Small apartment with kitchen stocked with all the essential equipment (dishes, flatware, pans, etc. ). Bedding is comfortable, but a bit firm. Nice couch and TV. New rug. Great breakfast. Very clean throughout. I could do with fewer artificial flowers in apartment and fewer, larger, better paintings in halls, but that’s minor and a matter of personal taste. Highlands coffee shop and bun cha nearby. We didn’t find much in the immediate area, so stop at Big C or a minimart for groceries.

We stayed here for five nights. One family member discovered in a previous trip last year. This hotel is ideally located for all major tourist points, but adorable dressed as to stay quiet. The room we have was excellent, very clean and modern, and the breakfast restaurant was very comfortable, the breakfast had a wide variety of options and you will never be hungry. The staff were very efficient and willing to help at any time. A special mention for ”River” in customer services / reception. A adorable genuine lady who was always guaranteeing that we had what we needed and extremely kind. In short, this is a great place to stay and you can't make the wrong.

Although there are only 5 rooms on each floor, a total of 11 floors, the top floor is a restaurant, and the first floor is a lobby. This small hotel is good value for money.
