The hotel locates at a remote area but both the telephone and map code are not updated for GPS. Had eventually went to another hotel to ask for direction. No English speaking staff at the reception, except a foreign helper in the restaurant. Most amenities were deserted except the hot springs, lights were off and insufficient heat at the hallways, could be due to the recent recovery from covid. Somehow seemed to had an experience of staying in Hotel California.

The hotel service is pretty good. Be sure to book a package that includes dinner. This will be very convenient. The room was okay, quite clean and hygienic, the hot spring was pretty good, and the dinner was overall quite sumptuous.

The remodeled room was cleaner than I expected. The main bath was old, but the water was warm and nice.

The hotel is a little far from Togendai Station, and it takes 10 minutes to get there. The attitude of the staff is also very good, and they can speak English. The dinner and breakfast are also very exquisite, and there are all the facilities. This trip is very cost-effective👍

The hotel is far away from Hakone Yumoto. There is no car in my place. I have to take a mountain bike and then transfer to a bus. Although it is inconvenient, the process is good. It is for children to experience the feeling of different means of transportation. Since it is a mountain train, you can travel to a certain place Some stations will turn their heads back and forth, thinking that he made a mistake, and it turns out that manpower is needed to change the track. My family of 4 came and booked a big room for 2 people, because the hotel explained well to the two children, there is no need for extra money, just worried that my wild food is not enough, because all 4 of us are fine eaters, so the problem not big. Since it is a hot spring hotel, there are no shower facilities in the room, so you must bring your own towels when you go to the hot spring. On the other hand, because a room for two people is booked, the hotel staff will only make the bed for two people. understandable and acceptable. Because only two people were paid. There is no wild shopping near the hotel, only the souvenir shop in the hotel, so if you want to eat snacks, you have to buy it early in the morning. Finally, Milijian Hotel is near the Baibaihe bus station. It's not Taotai Station, so you have to check the station carefully when you come.

I don't think there are many other rates for one night and two meals in Hakone. The room was clean and 8 tatami mats, but it was good that there was a board room, it was wide, and the TV was big. The food did not match the seasoning.

Even if you walk from Togendai, you can walk in about 10 minutes, so I walked. The people at the front desk were nice. The room had been renovated and was very clean. I had a lot of fun talking with the two cleaning staff. The meal was also very good, but maybe the plates from the meal should be lowered a bit before serving the final dessert? If it's that dessert, I'd appreciate it if you could offer tea as well. Is the bath a little small for a hotel of that size? Summer vacation is likely to be crowded. I don't know because the floor is black, but if possible, if you have a quickle wiper, I would be happy if you could leave it. I'm worried about my hair... Next time, I'd like to bring my mother and family.

I made a reservation from an accommodation reservation site, but later when I was looking at the hotel's official website, I noticed that there was a Kanagawa prefectural discount plan. When I called to inquire if there was a difference between the plan I had already reserved and the meal content, I was told that it was the same, so I made a new reservation and stayed. I found out at the time of checkout that the prefectural discount plan is the same price for elementary school children. There weren't two types of children's dinners, appetizer and grilled beef, so if the price is the same, isn't it strange that the meal content is the same? I asked, but the person at the front desk only said, "It's like that in the prefectural discount plan." I had plans for later, so I left the inn unconvinced. I don't mind paying the same amount, so I wanted the meal content to be the same. I can only say that my child enjoyed the meal very much by looking at the photos on the website. It seems that the number of people staying was about 30 people on the day I stayed. When returning to the room from a bath or meal, all the people who shared the elevator were on the same floor as us, so I wondered if there weren't many guests, so it was easy to clean up. . <About the room> The room was renovated and clean. No air purifier or humidifier. We were asked what to do with the futon, so we decided to lay it out ourselves, but when we were unfolding the sheets, we found a long hair on one of them, which was disgusting. Also, when I took the glasses out of the shelf to drink, all the glasses had white stains and water droplets on the bottom, so I lost the desire to use them and had no choice but to drink them directly. There were no refreshments or tea/coffee sets. (There is only a pot, a teacup, and a glass) The refrigerator is refrigerated only. <Regarding meals> Meal times were to be chosen from a designated time (two choices). The dinner was a Japanese kaiseki meal with elaborate contents such as rice in a pot, grilled domestic beef on a ceramic plate, and pork shabu-shabu. Breakfast was a Japanese breakfast, and everything was set except for rice, simmered dishes, and miso soup. No coffee or juice. If you want to drink coffee, you have to pay to buy coffee that comes out from the type of machine that comes out when you press the button in the lobby. <About the bath> When you go up to the corridor leading to the bath, you have to take off your shoes. In addition to the shelf, it was good that there was also a shoe compartment with a key. As for the women's bath, the dressing room was compact and had the minimum necessary amenities such as shower caps and hair ties. There was also a sanitizing wet tissue on the washbasin. There was a cold water machine at the entrance of the bathroom, and there was a note to use paper cups as a countermeasure against corona. There are two indoor baths, a slightly cloudy lukewarm bath and a hot one, and one open-air bath. (*The men's bath is said to be colorless and transparent.) The hot spring water is soft, but the warmth does not last long, so it cools down quickly. It's a small detail, but when I tried to throw away the individually wrapped make-up remover garbage I brought in, I couldn't find a trash can anywhere in the bathhouse, so I was in trouble. After all, there weren't many people, so I left it in the corner of the washroom, and when I left, I took it out and threw it in the trash can in the dressing room. Someone's used Band-Aid was left on the edge of the bath for a long time (sometimes at night and in the morning). I thought. I don't know if it's to save the trouble of cleaning, but if that's the case, the employees came to take a bath, so I think I can do a quick check of the bathroom at that time.・. <Impression of the hotel> The restaurant, the room, and the entire hotel are cold, and the hot springs are cold, so the impression is that it was cold anyway. Since it is a "highland" hotel, it may be better not to stay there in winter. During my stay, I thought, "I have some doubts, but even with the regular plan, the room rate is cheap in Hakone, and the meals are good, so it's all right." , Unfortunately, it seems that it will be the only stay this time due to the matter at the time of check-out.
