Although its a local hotel , but it has ”Xiao Du” smart home in all thier rooms. Rooms are clean and very convinient with alot of shops and places near by. Beats international chains by a mile on worth.

Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

During the past few days since I arrived, this city has given me the feeling of being rainy and foggy. Maybe there was a typhoon. But the hotel I stayed in gave me a good feeling. First of all, in terms of service and details, every staff member I met when I went out would say hello politely. The rooms are also kept very tidy. The room is equipped with wireless charging, drinks, etc. What still remains in my memory is that we went out to eat that day. When we came back, the hotel was at the door. As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came to pick us up with an umbrella. It was so heartwarming. The breakfast is also very rich, which cures my picky taste. To sum up, when you come to Haikou, staying at Qingju will make your trip twice as enjoyable. Full of emotional value.

This is my first time choosing this hotel. I stayed for a few days and was very satisfied. The room was very clean and the service staff was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I met the lobby manager Xiao Luo. I added WeChat and he responded to my requests. The service was very good. He also helped me fix the suitcase with the wrong password. He helped me solve the problem that had troubled me for a long time. Thank you very much. It is worth staying again…

The decoration of the B&B is very beautiful. The first floor is a place selling coffee. The price-performance ratio is very high in the off-season. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. They will take the initiative to greet and introduce where to go. I personally feel that the street where the B&B is located is the best to visit in the entire Qilou Old Street. There are many souvenir shops and some places to take photos and check in. It is very fun to visit. The only drawback is that it has been raining for a few days and the weather is a bit humid. There is a little smell in the corridor on the second floor. The quilt feels moist, and there are some small ants on the floor.

The location is fantastic, being within the old street itself, however, this also means that the hustle and bustle of the busy street could be heard within the room (as well as noise from the corridor ＞.＜). Toilet is a bit musky but otherwise, a very comfortable and restful stay!

The room is very cozy, and the supporting facilities are very good. The washbasin and toilet are separated so that my husband and I don't disturb each other when we get up to wash our faces and go to the bathroom. The room is very quiet and clean. It also has a laundry room. The staff is also very enthusiastic, especially the enthusiastic attitude of a young lady at the front desk, which touched me even more. Next time I come to Haikou, I will stay in this hotel again.

The public areas of the hotel are also well maintained, the elevator runs smoothly and quickly, and the corridors are quiet and tidy. In addition, the location of the hotel is also relatively convenient, there are many shops and restaurants around, and it is not far from some famous attractions, so it is very convenient to travel. In short, this hotel has performed well in terms of service, accommodation environment and catering. If I have the opportunity next time, I will choose to stay here without hesitation.

Though the overall service at the hotel was just okay, there was one staff member who stood out and made a significant difference in my stay - Kitty. Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.
