Nice hotel , beautiful view and friendly people. Thank you to concierge 小林 for his help and attentive service , as well as to Chef in the restaurant on the first floor for delicious fruits compliment and kind lady in the restaurant for breakfast who allows to take it with us. We were glad and grateful.

Came to see Kanye's concert, but was afraid that there would be too many people after the show and I couldn't get a taxi so I booked here. This old hotel has good room facilities. The price increased due to the concert and the Mid-Autumn Festival, and the price of 599 is good value for money.

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

Xiao Zhang's service is very good, the hotel environment is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, the hot spring is great, the swimming pool is large, and the fish therapy is really good. I like Ritz-Carlton as always. Entering the lobby gives me a low-key and elegant feeling, my favorite old money style. There are concierges to help with luggage in time when entering and leaving. Ruby who received us was very thoughtful. The guest room is very atmospheric, the pillow mattress is very comfortable, and it also provides a turndown service. The bathroom bathtub is also very clean. The staff are very professional and skilled in dealing with various inquiries, handling problems very well, and can provide services to guests in a timely manner. The hotel breakfast is super delicious: because the flight is at night, the thoughtful Ruby helped us delay check-out until four o'clock, so that there is plenty of time to go around the city during the day. Ritz-Carlton has always brought a great hotel experience.
