we stayed at the Hilton Tianhe in Guangzhou for one night and the service was amazing. Nicole from front office was around to ensure that nothing went wrong, and kimi at front-desk was very warm and friendly. The check-in also didn't take long. this gave us the feeling of being valued as guests. We were also given an extremely early check-in at 11am, and the 23rd story (the building has a total of 24 stories), and a nice birthday cake as an amenity. The price is reasonable and it is located a short walk away from the mrt (we used exit B2). Based on the hotel's TV information, a shuttle bus might be available, so do email them to ask. Nice hotel with lot of art installations in the lobby. Rooms are spacious, they have separate bathroom and restrooms, moreover they got cocktail shaker so you can do your own cocktail in the room. Also one of the best locations in Guangzhou, near to everything. I did expect the breakfast would be something spectacular like in W hotel Hong kong, but it was just a regular breakfast like in every hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The service was impeccable, and the room was both luxurious and comfortable, meeting the high standards I’ve come to expect from this brand. However, I feel there are a couple of areas that could be improved to enhance the overall experience. The lobby, while elegant, doesn’t quite match the grandeur of the rest of the hotel and could benefit from some updates to reflect the luxurious feel of the property. Additionally, the elevator lobby felt a bit dull and lifeless—perhaps adding some fresh elements or decor could brighten it up. I also noticed there was no noticeable fresh scent in the lobby area, which would add a touch of freshness upon arrival. Despite these small suggestions, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, I highly recommend this Hilton for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Nice Hotel and Resort. It was a Hotel and Resort combined together. Nice and delicious breakfast. Worth the price and value for money. This Hotel and Resort was not so far from the Pazhou Canton Fair Complex. Unfortunately on the day of the check-out the Air Conditioner was leaking. Would definitely recommend this Hotel and Resort for anyone who wants to attend the Guangzhou Fair or wants to transit in Guangzhou City.

I spent a lot of time looking up guides and reading a lot of reviews before leaving, and finally chose the 26-year-old well-known hot spring Bishuiwan. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. My stay wouldn’t have been so wonderful without your assistance.

I accompanied my father to Guangzhou for medical treatment. I arrived at 5:00 in the morning. The front desk staff provided very good service, warm and thoughtful. You can go for a walk in the nearby Huanghuagang Park during the day, so I put my luggage at the front desk and went to the hospital first. They also helped me upgrade the room type for free. The room is clean, with north-south convection, good hygiene, powerful air conditioning, and a small refrigerator, but the space is a bit small. The hotel facilities are also good. There is a shared kitchen on the 6th floor, as well as a shared laundry room, buffet restaurant, gym, etc. There are also some warm little items at the front desk, such as tea (the little brother brought tea as soon as I checked in, thumbs up), brown sugar granules, makeup remover towels, masks, etc. I still recommend it!
