Title: Excellent Stay – Super Friendly Staff & Great Service!
We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional. They assisted us with everything—booking cabs, ordering tea and coffee, and even helping us place online food orders. Truly one of the friendliest hotel teams we’ve met!
We tried three different room types during our stay:
• A small room without a window
• A small room with a window
• A large suite
All were clean and well-maintained, with the suite being the most spacious and comfortable. The small rooms are a bit compact, especially for travelers with lots of luggage, but still equipped with all necessary amenities.
The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city.
For Indian travelers: The hotel is a great choice, although there aren’t many Indian food options nearby. That said, the staff was kind enough to help us order meals online, which made a big difference.
A special thanks to the wonderful staff members: Situ, Xiaoxuan, Xiaoyu (Beck), Xiaoyao (Coco), and Zhanpeng.
We especially want to thank Situ for her amazing help and for guiding us throughout Guangzhou—it made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable.
Our only small disappointment—no discounts offered! But that’s just a joke, because honestly, the overall value and experience made it totally worth it.

The hotel is very unique and very good, and the location is also good. It is just unexpected that it is in an inconspicuous alley next to the Big Buddha Temple. It should feel like a lane. The first time I checked in at the front desk, I could eat Jiayingzi, which was a childhood memory. The service attitude was also good. Meet the ideal homestay and start a healing journey
During this trip, I was fortunate to stay at Yaxuan Hot Spring Homestay. The experience was perfect and I must praise it.
As soon as I stepped into the homestay, the room made me shine. The simple yet warm decoration style, harmonious color matching, and the orange and gray bedding are lively yet calm. The room is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting. The large floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside scenery into the room. It is so comfortable to wake up in the sunshine and birdsong in the morning.
The hot spring pool of the homestay is a highlight. The private outdoor pool is surrounded by green plants and full of natural atmosphere. Soaking in the warm spring water, the fatigue of the day is dissipated, and there are cute little yellow ducks floating on the water, adding a bit of childishness.
The scenery of the park is even more beautiful. The carefully maintained garden is lush with flowers and plants, and the paths are secluded. At night, the lights are on, warm and romantic. The tent area is uniquely designed, and camping here will definitely give you a different experience. There is also a heart-shaped light group full of design, which is very photogenic.
Parents with children don’t have to worry at all, as there are a lot of children’s play facilities here. There are colorful slides, swings, etc., where children can play to their heart’s content. Pet-friendly is also a plus point, and seeing cute little animals makes my heart melt.
When you are tired of playing, you can have an outdoor barbecue, with fresh ingredients, and enjoy the food in the beautiful scenery, which doubles the happiness. The staff of the B&B are warm and thoughtful, and they make people feel at home from check-in to check-out.

We went to the local B&B and an employee surnamed Tian entertained us, he was friendly and polite and warm hospitality, that question, we had many questions. He tried to help us solve it. The B&B is hidden in a hundred-acre lychee forest. It is very unique. There are cabins and various parent-child theme rooms. We booked a tent theme, which the children liked very much. There is a large lychee forest outside the floor-to-ceiling window of the room.
The room is clean and tidy, the housekeeper is warm and hospitable, and the meals are all vegetables grown by the farmers themselves and chickens raised, which are green and pollution-free
The B&B activities are rich and colorful. You don’t need to go anywhere else. Just playing here is enough. We experienced baked branch bread and plant rubbings. The children participated in the whole process, and the experience and sense of achievement were full. They also went to the fields to pick mulberries and vegetables
There are no lychees now, and we plan to wait until July and August when the lychees are ripe to go again

👍 I didn't get the room until 9pm. As soon as I entered the door, an uncle assisted me in checking in. The procedure was simple (a deposit of 800 was required, which would be returned after check-out).
👍 After checking in, you can contact the housekeeper by joining the WeChat group. Every day, the housekeeper will take the initiative to ask about tomorrow's breakfast arrangements, whether cleaning is needed, and other needs. This initiative is very important to us.
👍 I requested a thin pillow and a bath set, which were all prepared for me.
👍 There is a laundry rack in the bathroom, which is very convenient.
👍 The location is between Gongyuanqian Station and Chen Clan Academy Station, a quiet and bustling area.

We had an awesome time. To be honest, after I booked I read through others' reviews and wanted to cancel our bookings,but didn't and I am glad we didn't. The people were friendly even though they can't speak English they ry to help. Our stay at the hotel was great. The activities was cooooool we went on the boat ride my word lol we didn't know that we had to ask the didi to ride in after we got the tickets and we had to walk 2km before the ride,just a heads up if you don't have your own transport. Overall, we had a great time. Everyone was friendly. I would honestly go back again. The hotel smells nice and is clean. The food was good too. I can only speak well about this hotel as a foreigner. There was plenty of food to choose from.

Service: The staff is polite and considerate. My friend celebrated his birthday in advance. Staff member Lin Huoying called in advance to help decorate the room and sent a cake. Later, the hotel housekeeper Zhu Yulan sent matches and drinking water. Very considerate!
Hot spring environment: There are many types of hot spring pools, small and exquisite. There are medicinal food, lavender, cave hot springs, etc. (The disadvantage is that there are more people on Sunday afternoons, and it is a bit crowded. There are fewer people around 10 o'clock in the evening, and you can choose any pool)
Food: The hotel booked includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner, and there are many types of food
Overall, this hot spring hotel is worth recommending, but there are still areas that need improvement

Facilities: There is a hot spring pool in the room, which is cleaner and more sanitary than the public one. The hot spring pool is quite large and can accommodate two people. If you are a family with children, there should be no pressure. The hot spring should be a real hot spring. After the bath, the skin feels smooth.
The room is about 50 square meters, very large, with a bar, a refrigerator, and a balcony with chairs for sitting. I counted a total of 4 chairs in the room, which is very convenient for people like me who like to eat takeout in the hotel. (Takeout needs to go downstairs to the front desk to get it, which is not good. I hope that a takeout delivery robot can be installed)
I like the design of the bathroom very much. The bathroom and toilet are separated, and the washbasin is a double basin. The bed is relatively soft and comfortable to sleep. The only drawback is that there is no socket on one side of the bed, which is not convenient for charging.
Hygiene: Very good, nothing abnormal was found. There is just a hole in the bath towel, and I hope to strengthen the inspection. (It would be better to prepare more bath towels for rooms with hot springs)
Service: The front desk service is very good. Although the next day was 51, they still helped me delay the check-out for half an hour. I opened the wine in the room at night without a bottle opener, but it was delivered quickly.
Breakfast: According to family members who went there, there are a lot of varieties and the taste is pretty good. The steamed buns are made of pure meat and are more authentic.

JJemil83The resort has clean and modern interior. The room is spacious with scenic mountain view from the balcony. There are different themed hot spring pools. Some pools have small private pavilion which we enjoyed the privacy. My kids love the indoor water park with slides and wave pool. I highly recommend the food in the restaurant with ala carte menu! Fine cooking with fresh ingredients. Simply delicious! The restaurant and hotel staff are friendly and professional. In addition, the resort is just a few minutes away by car to the popular site, Baishuizhai waterfall! We really had an awesome and memorable stay Skov River Resort! \(^o^)/

CCKMyronThis hotel situated at the rural area of GuangZhou near the famous BaishuiZhai Waterfall. I booked a two storey family suite with a large twin bed and two single bed for two kids.
The room is real spacious, but what make the room being good value of money is the unique tunnel slide fit inside the room. Kids can simple travel between the two floors with the slide !!!! The two in-room spa offered high standard hot spa bathing.
Outside front yard of the room, there is a grass pitch playground with facilities for kids.
Mini bar offered sufficient drinks, snacks and fruits for the stay.
The life connected the corridor outside the room to the restaurant and swimming pool. A golf cart is also available on demand transporting guests to the main lobby of the hotel.
Hotel staff are exceptionally helpful who will offer help through instant message apps WeChat.
Generally speaking, the hotel is actually of 5 stars standard in term of the service, environment, hygiene and facilities. I will surely come with the family again.

OOn The 7th DayLast week I booked a 3-day stay at the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel for myself through Trip.Com. Though there were few photos of the hotel available, the descriptions and reviews convinced me that this might be a good choice for me—but all I can say, is that the praises and kudos that I read are all understatements of what I found there!
I arrived before check in Monday and was greatly assisted by Chen Yunsi, the on-duty butler. My requested upgrade was easily processed and all questions answered clearly. (With electronic translators—as my Putonghua is non-existent!
When a problem in the room arose, the maintenance staff came quickly and resolved the problem without delay.
I found that the massage therapists for complementary neck and shoulder treatments are very effective—but if you prefer wimpy neck rubs, such as not place for you!
The buffet breakfast is combination of Chinese and “westernish” food and drink. Options for coffee were quite limited.
A personal situation arose on the third morning, and I was required to leave one day early. Although the situation could easily have become stressful, with the assistance and cooperation of on-duty staff (including: Ke Yan, Cheng Min, Li Min, and Fei Long), I was able to check out, receive my local refund for the upgrade, and also receive my my Trip.com credit fairly quickly.
All in all, I found the facilities to be of good quality, condition, and cleanliness; the staff to be exceptionally thoughtful, kind and helpful. I highly recommend the Biquan Sky Hot Spring Hotel and hope to return there with my husband sometime.

AAmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

LLarrilarioMy room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard:
1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all;
2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again.
3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment.
I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.

@@TauanaI had a wonderful stay at Dusit Devarana Hot Springs & Spa Conghua. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The resort is beautifully designed, surrounded by lush greenery, making it a perfect escape from the city.
The highlight of my stay was the hot springs experience—the variety of pools, each with different temperatures and therapeutic properties, made for an incredibly relaxing time. The private hot spring tub in my room was a fantastic touch, allowing me to unwind in total privacy.
The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made sure I had everything I needed. The food at the restaurant was also impressive, with a great selection of both local and international dishes.
