Facilities: The newly built B&B Hot Spring Hotel has a hanging chair and some garden view shapes outdoors on the first floor, which looks very comfortable. Each room has a separate bubble pool, there is a beautiful small book bar on the 3rd floor, and the boss's Lego car model.
Hygiene: We live on the fourth floor, from the room to the terrace, there is no sanitary corner, super clean.
Environment: The surrounding is very quiet, suitable for staying quietly and emptying.
Service: Very intimate service, the matcha cake for afternoon tea is delicious. Coffee beans are also super! Bartending 🍸 is nothing to say. Western breakfast is in line with everyone's appetite.
It is suitable for a family to stay quietly, gossip often has a pleasant weekend.

Guest UserAbsolutely wonderful!!
Common Areas: It felt like a small, self-contained utopia. Every single detail was aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully arranged. My favorite part was spending an afternoon alone in the tea room, reading. The design, with its indirect lighting, coupled with soothing music and birdsong, was incredibly relaxing (Tea Room - Pics 1-2). All the staff were lovely too; they'd always greet you proactively and offer help.
Room Environment: The room was a little on the small side, but every detail was perfectly executed. The lighting was just right, and outside the door was a lush green courtyard. The room even came with baby-safe mosquito repellent, so we had no issues with bugs whatsoever (Inside and Outside the Room - Pics 3-5).
Homestay Activities: The homestay organizes activities like picking lychees and wampees, stream trekking and fishing, insect classes, and hands-on crafts – a paradise for kids! We traveled as a couple, but we thoroughly enjoyed participating in these activities. The 'Village Chief' who taught the insect class was an amazing natural science teacher, super engaging, and all the kids were incredibly attentive with no fussing or crying (Activity Pics - Pics 6-9).
Food and Beverage: They offer complimentary breakfast and afternoon tea daily, and the food is genuinely well-prepared. It's not just pretty-looking but tasteless decorative food. We also ordered the double-portion free-range chicken hotpot with a Ficus hirta root broth. Because the hotpot was so generous, the restaurant kindly kept half of the ingredients for us to have for dinner. We got two delicious meals for the price of one – what a treat!

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

The B&B has a quiet, yet engaging atmosphere, blending relaxation with activities. You can enjoy authentic hot springs, which are great for both mind and body ♨. It's clear the owner put a lot of thought into the design and decor.
We cooked outdoors over a wood fire with the whole family, which was a wonderful experience of rural life. There's also a swimming pool, fishing, ping-pong, billiards, and other recreational facilities.
There was a minor hiccup when our BBQ food in the freezer was mistakenly taken by other guests. The owner was very proactive in helping us check surveillance footage and resolve the issue. Although we missed out on outdoor grilling, we unexpectedly discovered the adjacent Forest Sea Water Park, which was incredibly fun. It wasn't crowded this season and was super convenient and close by. The last two photos are of Forest Sea Park – the kayaking and beach were fantastic and not expensive. It's much more cost-effective than staying directly at the Forest Sea Hotel.

Guest UserMy wife and I came to Imperial Springs for a relaxing weekend getaway, and we had a wonderful time. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
The best part of our stay was Anna, the manager. She was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. As foreigners, she took the time to explain everything in English and gave us great recommendations on where to eat, what activities to do, and how to enjoy the hot springs. She really made us feel welcome and helped us get the most out of our stay.
Thank you, Anna, for making our trip so memorable. We can’t wait to come back!

Anonymous UserNestled by the Yadong River in Conghua, this hotel boasts an elegant and tranquil environment. The garden design is uniquely exquisite, and the interior decor is meticulously crafted, clean, and hygienic, with a very thoughtful layout. Each balcony features a private plunge pool with excellent water quality. The hotel staff provides outstanding service; they are enthusiastic, courteous, and professional. Our personal butler, Xiao Kang, offered attentive service, always checking in on us, fulfilling every request promptly, and making us feel right at home.

Guest UserFive-star rating, highly recommend! The resort's overall environment is fresh and elegant, with beautiful and clean gardens. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, making guests feel very comfortable. The buffet offers a rich variety of dishes, comparable in taste to a five-star hotel, making for a great dining experience. The hot spring area in the park is clean and comfortable, and the water park and various other recreational facilities are well-maintained with plenty of activities for both adults and children to enjoy. The surrounding tourist attractions are very well-planned and convenient to access, so there's no need to stress about arranging your itinerary. The overall experience was fantastic, and it will be our top choice for future family and friends' getaways!

AmideeThis is a lovely place to go for a night or two to just relax. Also a pet friendly place, so that makes is ideal for me! The front desk are really helpful and you can add them onto your wechat to contact them directly anytime. They provide all essentials to be comfortable. I did ask if I could have a kettle for inside my tent, for coffee, which they were able to provide for me. Dinner options, you can choose chicken hot pot or the crawfish hot pot at their reception, which you can do yourself by your tent, or tell them you’d like to cook it in their dining area. Otherwise you can also barbecue your own things at your camp sight. It’s suggested to take your own food to bbq there, as their choices are limited. They did provide me with some sweet potato when I asked, and the chicken hot pot was really tasty and filling! The tent was clean, comfortable and has AC. We stayed in the smallest tents they provide, and it was perfect for what we needed. They have a swimming pool facility that is open from 4:30-6:30pm only. It would be nice if was available in the morning as well!! There’s not a lot to do in the surrounding area of the resort. You can do fishing, go for walks through the forest along the stream. I suggest to take some activity things to do like badminton or other board games etc. There are great play areas for kids, and fun slides are incorporated into the designs of some of the rooms. There are plenty different types of tent facilities and some have some really nice privacy looking onto the stream and have some outdoor hot spring tubs (plunge pool). The small tent porches don’t have privacy, but they are adequate for a short stay in nature. Getting there is easy by didi or hired car, getting back you just need to make your search on the app more wide because the location is a bit isolated from busy areas, but otherwise that’s also not a problem.

DicengmoyouzOur stay in the triple room at the Guangzhou Biquan Air Hot Spring Hotel was absolutely fantastic! 👍 The room was spacious and bright, with elegant and cozy decor. The three beds were soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. The room was also equipped with complete and practical facilities, all spotlessly clean.
The hotel's hot spring was definitely a highlight, offering a rich variety of pools with perfect water temperatures. Soaking in the hot springs felt like all my fatigue just melted away. The surrounding scenery was beautiful too; it was incredibly relaxing to enjoy the views while soaking.
The hotel's service also deserves high praise. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Whether it was checking in or resolving other issues, they were very efficient. I will definitely choose this place again next time!

LarrilarioMy room was a luxurious suite with private bath tub (around hkd 3000 for two nights including breakfast). Hardware is definitely exceptional. However when it comes to service it is below standard:
1) front desk - service was poor without any greetings such as bell boy. Front desk officers were unhappy without any eye contact when they talk to you. No hospitality at all;
2) breakfast - the quality both food and service were not up to a 4 or 5 star service. Table was not clean, staffs were almost unfriendly, except one female manager and one staff, all staffs were rushing their task and unwelcoming. I believe the hotel management need to motivate their staff ,otherwise, people won’t come again.
3) Amnenties - room is a luxurious suite with private bath tub, massage chair, kitchen , dining table and queen bed. The tub was not very clean, with water splitting . Such a waste as their service was not meeting the standard of what it is expected to be a 5- star resort. (The environment, garden were nicely decorated indeed) The Hot Spring pool is well known but I have’s try so cannot comment.
I won’t come to this resort again, if the service of the hotel haven’t improved. And I won’t recommend travelers with kids who is looking for a family friendly and good service resort.
P.S.: Parking spaces were spacious and free
