Excellent Hotel with helpful Staff. Location is great!

Great hotel but bathroom very small and area isn’t a great place to park your car.

This is my first time giving a negative review. The room's balcony is too close to the highway, but the interior environment is good, and breakfast is also good. Everything was fine when we had breakfast in the restaurant initially. However, when we wanted to order an additional breakfast, we were extremely disappointed by the rude attitude of a male waiter. Please note that we paid extra for the second breakfast, and I don't understand why we received such poor service when we were paying customers. This is the reason why I'm giving a negative review.

2nd stay at this hotel. Super convenient location. Clean room, comfortable. Haven't been able to take advantage of any of the amenities like pool, whirlpool, gym, or dining. Free parking is a big plus and why I chose this place over others. Wonderful staff. Highly recommend

In order to be closer to where my relatives live, I chose to stay here for two nights. I chose a sea view room with a balcony. Overall, it was a good value for money stay. There was a microwave in the room, which was quite convenient. The shower room was a bit small, but it was separate from the wash basin, which was quite convenient. Parking was free, which was good. There was free coffee and tea in the lobby before 11am.

It's a big rural area, but it's close to the Emeryville train station. There's a supermarket in the surrounding business district, so it's pretty good and convenient. In addition, if you go to San Francisco, the F bus at the door will take you across the bridge in 20 minutes to a transportation hub. You can take bus 130 across the Golden Gate Bridge to the seaside town. It's worth a stroll.

It is conveniently located for traveling to downtown San Francisco, Oakland, and Berkeley, and the shopping mall in front of the hotel is within walking distance.

A little noisy near the Bay Area Bridge, good price, 30 minutes to the city, 40 minutes to the airport

Great location, very close to restaurants and supermarkets and right off the highway. The staff are friendly and the service is good. Breakfast is not a buffet, but you can order from a menu, and it was delicious! I recommend it.

The room is a bit small, but very clean. The breakfast is American breakfast, which is generally good.

The bed was not very wide and a bit cramped.
