4 Star Hotels in Da Nang

As per usual it is a fantastic hotel right near the beach and with so many food options nearby. The operations manager found out it was my bday and when I arrived I found a really heartfelt card and a cake waiting for me. Stay here for the kindness, the location, and the overall experience.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. You could find the grocery store, Spa and Massage shop within 100 meters. Walking across the road, there are a bunch of restaurants and bars on My Khe beach, which makes your stay more vacation vibes. Doormen, room attendants, front desk clerk and managers are all friendly and hospitable with smiles all the time. You could make yourself at home using the facilities such as gym and the rooftop infinity pool. You can dine beside the pool enjoying the city/beach view at night. The nice touch is Sala's trying to interact with guests by having some activities like egg coffe and cooking class. The egg coffe was so amazing. Like what Sala's GM (the manager who is like an English native speaker) said, this flavor is worthy to be brought to the world for the visibility. Fortunately I chose to stay at Sala and I am willing to recommend Sala to the visitors/tourists who are going to come to Da Nang. 飯店地點絕佳，周邊100公尺內有雜貨店跟按摩店。過個大馬路就是美溪沙灘，沙灘上滿滿都是酒吧與餐廳，讓你的假期充滿渡假的儀式感。服務人員從門衛、房務、櫃台到主管層級都非常親切好客有禮及專業。你可以隨意使用飯店設施，像是健身房以及頂樓的無邊際泳池。在泳池畔你可以一邊享受夜景以及你的晚餐。最特別的是，飯店會推出一些小活動像是蛋咖啡的製作展示以及烹飪課，藉此來拉近飯店與住客的距離。其中蛋咖啡完全超出期待，就如同總經理提到的，這風味非常值得推廣到越南以外的地方。很幸運在我的假期期間我選擇住在薩拉，也非常樂意將它推薦給即將來到峴港旅遊的旅客。

Room is small. Window blocked by voco. So i cancelled, paid more to stay in non nuoc - more breeezy, more view. Staff tried hard, but some of yr hardware is limited, price relatively high, what more can they do? You have a nice rooftop and pool. Free access for guest, fair. But You sell high price to guest who help your revenue. I Can't get the thinking behind. Yr staff can keep smiling smiling....

Quite a good place to stay. Was a bit worried at the beginning as it is not a well-known world brand. But it turned out satisfied. And the view from the room is great. Close to the beach and there is a supermarket next door. Very convenience and staff are friendly and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The room was large, had a small kitchen but it wasn’t equipped with any dishes. It was clean and comfortable. There was a very comfortable couch and that is not easy to find. Breakfast was excellent so was the staff. It is across the street from the beach, close to good restaurants. There is a mini mart on the same block to buy water and snacks.

The location is excellent near the seaside and many activities every night… staff service are quite good and well trained.. this hotel quite old but cleanliness I think can be improve more and amenities also can be upgraded to better quality items. We stayed at the Diamond suites and the views from the room is Fantastic.. I will come back again.

We stayed here for our trip, because the hotel is new so we decided to book. They have bikes on the porch if you want to borrow and ride around. There is an amazing bbq restaurant a few street down from the hotel. The bed was super comfy, big and soft. We slept so well. At check out 1 us forgot hi phone so the staff sent it to us to our new hotel in the south. So thank you so much guys.

Such a nice hotel. We would like to stay here again. The staff so helpful. Checkin time at 2pm but my son got fever, he’s not feeling well and we received the room at 12 noon. I’m so happy with their service, they’re so helpful. Location convenient only 15 mins to the airport and they had many restaurants around that area, everything perfectly. Big thanks 😊

We were served drinks and wet wipes while waiting for our rooms upon check in. Abit of messed up during check in due to supplier of trip.com who submitted the booking to hotel, our rooms given were not what we paid for. Took some time to resolve but overall trip.com was helpful and the hotel staff were all helpful. The hotel and supplier Settled our rooms and we were happy with it. All The staff at hotel were polite and great , especially Lily Kim the lobby floor supervisor who went all the way out to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our room arrangement at the ocean view suite. Welcome fruits platter was provided too. I was there to celebrate my birthday and the hotel arranged a whole mini cake up to my room. Usually other hotels only gave a complimentary slice of cake. Daily we were provided some biscuits during tea time and the biscuits were really yummy. Location was great as the beach is just across the road but traffic is busy and we need to be very careful while crossing as the motorist don't stop for anyone. A minimart is just 2 mins walk beside the hotel which is very convenient. The rooftop lounge is a must visit place to chill out as the view is beautiful up there at night. Breakfast varieties are good although almost the same stuff daily but taste is not bad. Overall I am very satisfied with the location, service and amenities of this hotel. We took a trip to Danang after attending a friend's wedding in Saigon, decided not to make any plans and just plan on the go. Getting the Le Sands was a great choice we made. The hotel was convienently situated by the seaside, we took the oceanfront room which gave us an unblocked view of the entire ocean. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast was standard international spread, nothing to shout about but the service staff were courteous and super friendly. Since we decided where to visit on the go, we asked the hotel staff if they could help us arrange our trips and lo and behold they did an excellent job! As a tourism trained academic and an ex-hotel and resorts sales manager, I can say they did a wonderful job. All the staff were very helpful going out of their way to assist me in my stay. Special mention of Emily the customer service who helped my fiancee and I planned 2 days of transport to Ba na hill, Hoi An and day 2 to Hue. All through the journeys she checked on my safety via online chat and gave me food recommendations. The fact that the price is a fraction of the larger hotel chains but the services, cleaniness, location and friendliness totally made this a steal. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
