It is a Very nice hotel. Very Clean.......good service, they delivered iron with table within 5 minutes of calling for it. The hotel is Conveniently located with eateries and small grocery store around it. Excellent buffer breakfast with choice of local as well at western cuisine, fruit bar, salad bar and live counters.. Cosy coffee shop that serves excellent coconut coffee. The spa is great offers free sauna with room. Overall a very nice experience and polite staff. 😊

The hotel was very beautiful! Love the hotel design and also room design! Had the bath tub and it was so comfy! The view from the room was great too!

This was the hotel where there was an error on description on trip.com there should have been a bath tub but there wasn’t .
I ended up paying for an upgraded room with bathtub (I would not get the basic room unless you just want to be by the beach). It took forever and they never offered it to be complimentary. Trip.com paid for the difference . My big issue was how much time the hotel staff took (I paid for a 90 minute treatment at the spa and it still wasn’t handled by then). Paying the difference wasn’t a big deal for me but they didn’t offer me solutions - which was the issue and people on vacation value their time (especially if they are paying more for a 5 star hotel). If I didn’t pay for the upgraded room it would have never got handled.
I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star class hotel (4 star maybe).
The corner suites are nice so that is what I would get if I were coming here . The spa is really nice too.
Most other people love it here so take my review with a slight grain of salt.

Nice location. Rooms were clean and the restaurant chef arranged for eggless bakery items on second day of my stay which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel should try to include more international food as well as it should have more options for vegetarians which means NO eggs as well.

It always feeling to be serve the best by this hotel brand as my first experience with this brand is at Phu Quoc. This time I stayed in Danang with my friend on his Birthday on first day check-in and the front office staff prepared him the quick cake and sent to his room. Such a nice birthday cake from 5-star hotel. 🤩🥳🥰

This trip I’m traveling with my friends, I booked a family room with sea view. Spacious room comfortable bed, all smiling staff, I like the pool bar, and breakfast I think it should be improved.
