"Quick stayover at Motel 6 as was going to Horseshoe bend/Antelope Canyon (Location was superb, in town and near all the amenities for eating/cooking). No issues, place was safe (just that as long as you are able to enter the building, the lift has no key card access so any stranger can access any floor. However there is CCTV). FREE COFFEE in the morning as well, just that it was finished in the morning when I came. Ice dispenser also broken:/"

THE PROPERTY:
This Suite is located at the Grand Circle Adventure Property which has a main house, a guest house, and 2 Suites/Casitas. Each unit has a separate outside door for private entry but they do share walls. These shared walls are closet and bathroom areas.

1 parking spot is available for this Suite (#1) on the side of the property (see map and blue markings). Guests should use the side, shared space & garden gate to get to the front of the house to access the Suite's door.
**Guests can unload and load their cars at the front of the house, please do not block the garage doors**
OUTDOOR SPACE:
1. The beautiful garden on the side yard is a SHARED space with you and other guests on the property. No pets are allowed, and all gates should remain closed.
2. We currently do offer a reserved outdoor seating option (#1) in front of the window and house. It's beautiful for evening drinks and watching the sunset.

GLEN CANYON RECREATION AREA encompasses Lake Powell and lower Cataract Canyon. It is known as the premier boating destination in the Southwest - 186 miles long, with 1960 miles of shoreline, and over 90 side canyons. 6 MINUTES AWAY!
HORSESHOE BEND is an incredible work of nature. Thousands of years of water erosion on its variegated sandstone have forced the “bend” into its current formation. Catch a glimpse of the Colorado River from the dizzying drop of nearly 1000 feet. 7 MINUTES AWAY!
You’ll need to hire a guided tour (we recommend Ken’s Tours) to visit ANTELOPE CANYON, located on private land within the Navajo Nation. This magnificent canyon was named for the herds of pronghorn antelope that once roamed the area. With sunlight entering the canyon and walls reaching up to 120 feet, the Upper Antelope Canyon Tour is very popular but the Lower Antelope Canyon tour is equally impressive with its otherworldly swirling sandstone walls. 9 MINUTES AWAY!
The STATELINE AUXILARY RAMP has great access to the lake with 6 launch ramps! Simply go past the Wahweap Swim Beach and you’ll see signs. 13 MINUTES AWAY!

This Suite is located at the Grand Circle Adventure Property which has a main house, a guest house, and 2 Suites/Casitas. Each unit has a separate outside door for private entry but they do share walls. These shared walls are closet and bathroom areas.

PARKING:
1 parking spot is available for this Suite (#1) on the side of the property (see map and blue markings). Guests should use the side, shared space & garden gate to get to the front of the house to access the Suite's door.
**Guests can unload and load their cars at the front of the house, please do not block the garage doors**
OUTDOOR SPACE:
1. The beautiful garden on the side yard is a SHARED space with you and other guests on the property. No pets are allowed, and all gates should remain closed.
2. We currently do offer a reserved outdoor seating option (#1) in front of the window and house. It's beautiful for evening drinks and watching the sunset.

Walking through the front door, you’ll enter the open concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a view of the large backyard. In the living room, there are 2 comfortable leather couches, 55” Roku TV, couple of board games to pass the time and a Visitor's book. Leave us a note, we love reading about your adventures. Dining area has a bar height dining table which seats 4 and can extend to seat 6. There are 4 seats at the large kitchen island.
In the kitchen, start your morning at the coffee bar with a variety of brews, teas, and hot chocolate. Toast a bagel, then head out for adventure. We'd like to invite you to take a break from cooking and embrace your vacation fully by dining out or ordering in from nearby eateries. For those who absolutely insist on cooking (we tried!), we’ve got you covered with basic utensils, pots, pans, a Crockpot, and even a spice collection. There's also a propane grill on the back patio. Enjoy the sizzle, grill and chill.
The laundry room, located just off the kitchen, is always open for easy access and improved airflow for the HVAC system. All the cabinets are used for storage and are locked. For spills and little messes, feel free to use the mop and bucket, or the broom and dustpan. Page gets very dusty, being in the middle of the desert, with common wind storms passing through. That’s why we placed a Tikom robot vacuum cleaner just under the shoe rack. One of the only ‘chores’ we envision you doing is pressing the power button on and letting it take care of the rest.
Through the sliding glass door, you’ll find a large, fully fenced backyard, perfect for your kids and pets to run around and play. There’s a grill, fire pit, storage bin with outdoor games and plenty of seating.
When you're ready to rest, there are plenty of comfortable sleeping accommodations.
The spacious Master Bedroom #1 comfortably sleeps 4, featuring a King bed and Queen pull out couch. In the walk-in closet, you'll find everything needed for the sleeper couch, neatly stored in a clearly labeled bag, along with a Queen air mattress and its accompanying linens in another labeled storage bag. Included is a 55" Roku TV. The en suite bathroom features a quartz vanity with dual sinks and a spacious shower. A large storage cabinet is reserved for personal items and supplies, so its doors remain locked.
Bedroom #2 comfortably sleeps 2 with a King bed featuring memory foam mattress, 55" Roku TV, closet with plenty of hangers and blackout thermal curtains. For light sleepers there's a sleep sound machine. The room is spacious enough to accommodate the air mattress in the open corner, though some (like us) may prefer setting it up in the living room behind the couch. If placing the air mattress in this bedroom, please ensure the floor vent remains unobstructed for proper airflow.
Cozy and functional, Bedroom #3 comfortably sleeps 2 with a Queen bed with a 14" memory foam mattress and thoughtful amenities. A dedicated desk with a chair and lamp creates a convenient, private workspace for those who need to focus. As the coziest and darkest room in the house, it’s perfect for a restful night’s sleep. To enhance relaxation, we've also included blackout thermal curtains and a sleep sound machine.
Guests in Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a nearby hallway bathroom, featuring a single sink marble vanity and a tub/shower combo for added convenience.
For larger groups of up to 10, additional sleeping options include setting up the Queen air mattress in Bedroom #2 or the living room, or utilizing the 2 leather couches.
For those traveling with boats, jet skis, 4-wheelers, RVs, or other toys, there’s about 80 feet of parking right in front of the house. A completely gated, private desert hideaway. This newly remodeled home is just a 3 min walk to everything in down town Page. It's centrally located but also just off the beaten path. Hike the Rim View Trail straight from your doorstep, dine al fresco under the stars in your spacious, private yard and shoot some stripes (or maybe some solids) all from the comfort of your newly refurbished living room. Take a trip in the desert *er* a trip to the desert in this stylized Western escape.
The space
The house was made for fun. Please enjoy yourselves, family and friends while staying with us.
There are three bedrooms with a king bed, a queen bed and a full. There are also two futon couches so the house can sleep a total of 8 comfortably.
Neighborhood:
A quiet neighborhood located just off the main boulevard in downtown Page. It's walking distance to everything and the best barbecue restaurant in town (which also has a country western band playing in the early evenings) is all but a 3 minute walk away. The street has red rock views and the Rim View Trail is accessed at the end of the block.
Getting around:
This house is in the PERFECT location. It's a 3 minute walk to downtown Page. All of the best bars, breweries, restaurants are just around the corner. The super market is a five minute walk away as is the Rim View Trail. The location really doesn't get better. Check out how close it is to all the major attractions of Page Page Airport: 2 minute drive Horseshoe Bend: 8 minute drive Antelope Canyon Tour Company: 3 minute drive/ 10 minute walk Antelope Canyon: 10 minute drive Antelope Point Marina: 15 minute drive Wahweap Marina: 15 minute drive Lone Rock State Beach: 18 minute drive Walmart: 5 minute drive It's also a great place to make a base camp and venture out for day trips at notable parks and attractions in the surrounding areas, like: Lee's Ferry: 55 minute drive Zion National Park: 2 hour drive Grand Canyon National Park South Entrance: 2 1/2 hour drive Monument Valley: 2 hour drive The house itself has ample, gated parking that's suitable for trailers and vehicles alike.
