Absolutely perfect hotel - happy it's part of Hyatt. I loved the quietness of the property and we loved the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was nice as well (loved the ham sandwich!) Free parking, free WiFi, nice snack shop available too! Loved the staff especially RJ.

The second time I stayed at the hotel, but this time I stayed at the hotel. The experience of staying at the hotel was not very good. The wifi was very slow. It was always disconnected, which greatly affected the accommodation experience. Other places were good.

Just back from a 2 week stay in this hotel. The room was quite well presented but the beds did not provide the most comfortable nights sleep. Staff were friendly and I appreciated there understanding when my son blocked the toilet. Room amenities include a coffee machine with pods, a microwave, and a fridge for storing food. Decent amount of plug sockets also provided. Biggest disappointment would have to be that there is an area downstairs for breakfast, but none provided and food is expensive at this time, so having to go out and find every meal is quite an additional consideration. Position of the hotel is good, with an in n out burger and jack in a box fast food restaurants, and a wall greens, Starbucks and knob hill food supermarkets all within walking distance. Downtown mountain view is walkable working 20 mins, and the transit centre for VTA and caltrain walkable in 35-40 mins.

Such a gem that I found this hotel! I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and cleanliness of the facility. Also complementary breakfast and snacks were an additional plus.  Would love to come back again, and wish there were more in other areas. Hopefully closer to palo alto where most of my meetings take place.  Thank you to all the staff for making the stay so pleasant!

Good hotel in Silicon Valley. Many guests pick this hotel because of the strategic location. Aloft is one of the Marriott properties so hopefully hotel can meet the Marriott standard

The hotel is a courtyard, quite quiet. There is a swimming pool in the courtyard, and I saw a boy swimming the next morning. I like the construction of a two-story house. The room is bright and I like it. The facilities and equipment are incomparable with the domestic ones, but it's okay. I can hear the guests walking in the room upstairs. I don't like it. Breakfast? American style, I don't like it, but there are boiled eggs and warm, the only food that I feel willing to eat more. The staff who checked in at the registration desk were not enthusiastic, but they were actually pretty good. On the first day, I saw that I was not familiar with the surrounding environment. They took the initiative to tell me that a nearby restaurant was not far away. On the second day, they gave me one on request. Toothpaste, I also waived my $1 in cash. Luggage bags can be left at the check-in counter, no deposit procedures are required. Generally speaking, yes, if you come back later, you will still live.

Very satisfied with the experience of this stay. The location is very convenient for business negotiations. The facilities are complete, the room is clean and tidy, and the equipment provided is new and comfortable. What is particularly worth mentioning is the service attitude. Both the front desk and room service are very friendly and professional, making people feel at home. Overall, this is a highly recommended accommodation option and I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. This is a Marriott hotel, with a kitchen, cooking utensils and cutlery. It is very convenient to cook. Hotel transportation is convenient, breakfast is available, and there are more varieties to choose from. Pure American style, you can experience it.

Parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good, the rooms are spacious, there is a bar in the lobby on the first floor, and there will be performances. Dining is also special. recommend!

Both exterior and interior spaces are in excellent condition. Everything looked new and modern. Very comfortable and clean and location was nice. Short drive to the Shoreline Amphitheater and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Young woman at the front desk was very friendly, cheerful and efficient. Definitely would stay here again!! Highly recommend this place!
