"The double room is quite spacious, and the large public bath includes an outdoor bath. The men's and women's baths are switched every morning. The hot spring water is cloudy, but contains natural ingredients that have been preserved for centuries. It is smooth, warm, and a great hot spring for healing and health. It is an important place that nearby residents rely on every day!"

"Hotel is not the shiniest and may need some maintenance however it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Japanese dinner and breakfast were prepared with fresh ingredients and food was very delicious and generous. Bed was the most comfortable. I had a very good sleep after visiting the nearby onsen which was free to use."
