Very well located for an early flight out of Cph. Friendly and spacious when you enter. Nice staff (the ”manager” could learn some of his staff he didn't have his best day (i hope) Nice part of town with places to eat (I recommend Cafe Le Perr right next to the hotel - se picture) and by stuff. Cool that the breakfast is served from 5:30.. and it WAS!! (and was well tasting).
I was very surprised of the friendly hotel, and will be staying there next time i'm flying out of Cph on odd times
Stunning view from a room window where you can see beautiful ocean if you’re assigned to oceans side! I really appreciated that they have bathtub as most of the hotels in Copenhagen doesn’t have it and it’s so relaxing to have a bathtub after busy day.
Stuffs at the reception are kind and nice.
Amenities are not so good though. With this price they should provide at least a kettle and a cup for tea/coffee/water. They don’t provide them which is weird as most of the hotel even budget hotels provide them so hope the hotel can consider it in the future. Reception gave me hot water but we need to go downstairs every time we need it which is very inconvenient.
But it’s clean, new hotel and breakfast has many varieties which I really enjoyed.
Thank you for the lovely stay!

Long check-in and check-out time but the rest is good or excellent. The location is perfect for flight travellers. However, the check-in took a long time and I was the the fourth person in the line. The que was very long when i was checking in. I had to wait a long time (25-30 minutes). A couple and I tried to use the self check-in. But the self-checkin stations were not functioning. We had to go back to the long que. The ”receptionist” claimed (when I asked him during the check-in) that the waiting time (for check-in) is sometimes (amazingly) one hour. The ”receptionist” was alone. No other staff member helped him while several staff members just strolled around. The check-out took also a long time. A long que was built up, while the lonely ”receptionist” talked in the phone. He had a long phone conversation. None of the staff members helped him. The room was clean and quite. The breakfast was excellent. I give a relatively low rating due to the long check-in and check-out time. It is not specially customer friendly if you/the customer need/-s to stand one hour (in my case 30 minutes) in the check-in line after a 20 hours long flight route.
This is an excellent airport hotel. It has a great location (2 minutes walking distance to Terminals 2 and 3), a clean, quiet, and comfortable room, early breakfast from 3:00 a.m., regular breakfast from 5:30 a.m., and fast self-check-in and check-out.
Right next to the airport, just 2 stops away. There is no signboard at the door. The hotel is right next to the subway entrance, not in the city center, but in a small city, it's not far from anywhere.
There is a large supermarket opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for buying food.
Very convenient for the airport, just a couple of stops down the metro.I arrived late at night to a friendly welcome. It's a short walk to a lovely beach for some bracing Baltic air.
The room was clean and comfortable. There was a fridge and cooker had I needed them. I was just passing through. I'd certainly consider staying there next time I visit Copenhagen.
We stayed for one night in February to change planes in Copenhagen. Generally speaking, it was quite convenient. We took one train from the airport (note that it is not a subway and not every train passes by a small station, so you have to ask clearly) Get on the wrong bus), get off and walk for 5 minutes. It’s basically a straight line and you won’t go wrong. Their prices are fair and the neighborhood is a bit remote but quiet. The room facilities and breakfast are also good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will proactively inform the airport of the train schedule, so it is a good choice for tourists who want to stay near the airport temporarily.
Very good, very good, except that the location is on the first floor of the building, all glass is a bit insecure, there is a little softness of the bed, the others are very good, remember to check your email before check in, check email! check email! check email! very important! Because there is no front desk, I completely rely on the email to know the room number and secret! Surrounded by supermarkets and a delicious Japanese meal. The space is large, comfortable and convenient!
