"The service is impeccable. Though I was surprised that the room was only half done by the time I checked in and open the door for the first time. I contacted front desk staff. Housekeeping came in 20min. He finished tidying up and send me a welcome plate of assorted sweets in half an hour as an apology. This delayed my plan a bit but I'm glad it's fixed. The room is spacious, warm, and up to its usual standard. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast is tasty with enough to choose from. Will surely consider it again if I come Leipzig next time."

"Beautiful hotel in good location in the city centre right next to the main railway station. The city is accessible by foot. Personal is very friendly and pleasant. Our room on the street side was unfortunately not so quiet. Sensitive people should rather book a room to the indoor courtyard. Beds are soft and comfortable. All in all a very beautiful hotel."
