The price-performance ratio is relatively high, and the room is relatively large, but the bath products and the front desk are actually relatively average, especially the breakfast is also very average. I can only say that the price-performance ratio is relatively high. Well, if the requirements for staying for one night are not very high, it should not matter. It’s not far from the airport and the best thing is free parking

I find the hotel very comfortable equipped. At cleanness I can't complain everything as it should be. The location has been perfect ;directly against the fair. Staff are very nice and very helpful.

The location is away from the main city, which I love it. The staffs were friendly and polite.
There are nice restaurants nearby too, local food, Italian food, etc. I love the neighborhood, so quiet and peaceful!

The environment is very good and quiet. My first choice hotel. Most of the waiters were nice, there was only one individual waitress who was sometimes very unfriendly, especially when you needed help. It would be better if there was a refrigerator in the room!

We had a great time. The hotel is very modern and clean, centrally located with good parking facilities. The room was beautiful and tastefully furnished. The reception staff was professional and friendly. We can recommend the hotel very further.

Hotel was very close to the train and Frankfurt’s main areas so very easy to get around. Room AC wasn’t working but room was changed on day 2 after the staff attempted to fix it. The breakfast buffet had amazing options. Unfortunately the gym was inoperable during the length of my stay which was the main reason I opted for the hotel. I was told I could have vouchers for a local gym but when requested they said they must have run out. I was grateful to have a taxi ride to and from the camp where I dropped off my daughter for the week.

I stayed here for one night while traveling along the Romantic Road. The location is a bit out of the way, but the reception staff is friendly and the place is convenient to stay. The room is big and the bathroom shower faucet and sink were recently replaced, so they are very clean. I recommend this hotel for its good value for money.

Our 3-bed superior room on the 6th floor was spacious and comfortable, but the air conditioning on the roof was annoying.
The breakfast is always well-balanced and really great. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked, so there were too many people at the buffet.
They should have done something differently. The poor staff couldn't keep up with refilling and clearing away.

There is a REWE supermarket nearby, 5 minutes walk,
No water/drink or refrigerator in room, have to prepare by yourself. Check-in counter is only till 10pm, no room service.
It's better to have breakfast in supermarket than in Hotel.

CChengDanielI don’t know the hotel without toilet and bathroom. And the bathroom was so open. We can see each naked in bathroom. Luckily. Am not go with a girl friend. I don’t think it shown in booking. Believe trip .com should made a serious announcement on that.
