"The hotel is a nice and comfortable one. I stayed in a room with 2 beds, still feeling spacious. There are also plenty of parking space in the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel. It is just around 25 minutes walk to the shopping mall in Metrotown in Burnaby. The closest sky train station Royal Oak Station is just 15 minutes walk. I have 3 comments/suggestions to the hotel to improve the service. 1. The noise of the air-conditioner in the room is a bit loud; 2. I think check-in time at 4pm is a bit late; 3 . I prefer shower gel to soap bar in the bathroom."
