Room is clean. Only that the heater is not warm enough. The bed is abit hard not too comfortable....
Receptionist sometimes is unavailable and need to call to their China number which is not convenient to overseas customer....

Just love this hotel and decided to extend another night. Start ID 22 very friendly and giving a lot of suggestion for sightseeing! Cool

amenities were adequate, room itself was clean but there were many Corners that havent been cleaned in a while. shower Doors didnt fully work, showerhead was either broken or has really low water pressure.
staff was lovely! unfortunately it was really loud, there was construction work going in in the morning and u can hear everything people talk about in the hallway. it also takes forever waiting for the elevator to get down/back into the hotel

Service was excellent. There is washing machine and clean lounge for guests. Excellent. Only thing is that front desk service is only available at certain time. Nobody was there to attend to you early in the morning.

Its located at superb location. Very convenient to go everywhere nearby. Comfort interior as well. Worth the price. The front desk agent is also very helpful especially #55 and #89.
