hotel location is quite good, near jiefangbei and bayi food street! walkable distance from hongyadong too. really clean and staff were very friendly and always ready to offer help! hotel is located on lvl 9 and 12 of the building and we had some issues finding the entrance initially. the hotel only has one entrance and you'll need to lift your luggage up and down the flight of stairs. there are 4 elevators available which reduces wait time and think both levels have a laundry room. my stay was good overall! :)

The location of the hotel is very near to Metro Line 2 and you can walk to Hongya cave. Opposite the hotel is Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. Lots of eateries all around. The hotel room is very clean and modern, equipped with smart Toto toilet with bidet. I like the Laifan hair dryer. Room is also well lit. You can go to 14th Floor to view the city of Chonging. The receptionist are very helpful and full of smiles, especially staff no 4, (sorry, I can’t read her Chinese name). Recommended for your stay😃

The hotel location is great, near subway and walking distance to many attractions. However the cleanliness of the room when I check in is terrible, the toilet bowl have urine stains and the floor have many hairs and fake eyelashes. The shower room water is leaking out to the toilet and room additionally the shower room door can’t close properly. The staff is very friendly and helpful. After feedback of the cleanliness issues, they tried their best to help.

I stayed at Mercury Hotel Chongqing Jiefangbei for 1 night on 9 Nov/24. The Staff allowed me to check in almost 2 hours before official check-in time. I was given a room with a BIG glass window facing Bayi Road and some tall financial buildings. The room was super clean with great Chinese vibes. The Hotel's buffet had a wide range of food. It was about 5 minutes walk from Exit 9 of Jiao Chang Kou station. The staff, Xiao Yuan, and her colleagues were super attentive and provided excellent customer service. I would strongly recommend people going to Chongqing to consider the Hotel. I also want to commend the Staff for their excellent working attitude and performance. Please keep up the good work. Staff is a key component of what a hotel makes or spoils tourists' holidays. It is also one of the main reasons a business, not just hotel, thrives or makes customers lose faith in it, especially in the face of stiff business environment.

Convenient location. Hotel breakfast is below average, not much variety. Quite new and clean. They provide nightime snacks like popcorn / porridge but they are tasteless. For the gym, it’s together with the laundry room which is so small and weird to exercise there. Their staff service is SUPER slow , something that needs to be improved on. Only 1 person to assist with checking in. Also Called for the robot service for immediate assistance but after 30min, still not attended to. My room could see the kuixinglou. One thing I don like about the room is the toilet/ bathroom door can be seen through, 1 of them can’t be closed fully. Good that they provide hook for drying / hanging clothes.

The hotel is fairly easy to find. Good location, close to shopping streets and main tourist attractions in the area. Easy check-in, although we don’t speak Chinese and the receptionist didn’t speak English, but we communicated through an online translator. The room is very spacious, and the kitchenette has all essentials for cooking, but we always eat out. Very good view, comfortable bed and pillows, good linen. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Asiam Hotel is great. The location is not too far from metro station, a little bit of walking though. But the location is very good near the food street 好吃街. The room is very spacious, clean and the view is stunning. The room also comes with washing machine, a stove and microwave. However the filtered water tap was not working so it was a little disappointing. The front desk keep asking to take bottled water instead so I wondered if the filtered is not clean for drinking? The morning breakfast is well worth it. There are many choices to choose from, even have a Chongqing noodle counter that serve noodle or 抄手. The coffee is not strong enough, I wish the coffee beans could be better. The front desk is noticeably friendly and helpful. They will try their best to help, and even send me information about nearby attractions and food locations. Super good. Not the cheapest hotel around but I give a 5/5 star and highly recommend this hotel. Well done... if come back in the future I will stay here again...!!!

I LOVE THE HOTEL! Close to subway, walking distance, the room is smells good, very comfortable and comfy bed and mattress! Hotel provide free laundry wash + dry. The service they give me is so excellent. They helped me taking out the laundry while im out from hotel! Also, they are guiding me for every places i want to visit in chongqing. Recommended hotel!!!
