The location is great, and the cleanliness is good. The elevator is a little bit of a problem. My biggest issue was there is no waredrop or a place special for the suit case or the bags.

The way to this hotel. It's a beside of IFC building. Besides shop at Downstairs building. And going up by elevator. Would like to recommend to booking room with view or city view. Also, lady that from hotel. She is so very kindness and helpful with me.

Although the price was good, the room was not clean enough. It had insects and it was smelly. The toilet was tainted. The best thing about the hotel was its location. It’s located in the city center and it’s close to the subway.

Service and location are good, however, there were flying flies and we were bitten by mosquitoes during the night. Didnt sleep well because of that!

Helpful staff allowed me to check in when I arrived 2 hours earlier. The location is great for exploring the tourist spots of Changsha. The hotel is quite difficult to find once you arrive at the building though. Need to take a side lift to the 14th level and walk all the way to the end of the corridor.

Window is not sound proof and it's in a busy street that doesn't sleep hence not good for light sleepers. Narrow staircase if you have large luggage.

Nice stay, a bit noisy but better after changing a room with a small fee. Good location for street food and so on

Very good location near Wuyi Square and Huangxing Square. Fantastic value for money. Do note that the wait for the elevators can be quite long. Also note that the mini room doesn’t have a Western toilet, only a squat toilet… Room can get a bit cold because of the chill from the window
