The price of living by the seaside is a little more expensive, but it is acceptable. It is only 500 meters away from the seaside. It is very convenient to get to the city. The minibus runs from 7 am to 12 pm. Whether you live in the city or by the sea, each has its own characteristics. The beach is convenient for traveling, and the houses in the city are very beautiful.

There was a problem with the shower head and the water pressure was low. Fortunately, the service was better and they were replaced. Daily management work was not done well.

After staying for three days, I was woken up by the cleaners knocking on the door every day during lunch break. Doesn’t the hotel system know which rooms have been checked out and which rooms have not been checked out? Or does the hotel not even have a basic management system? I got a knock on the door on time for three days in a row! How irritating! When I checked in on the first day, I could smell the smell of disinfectant when I opened the door. The attitude of the waiters and even the manager is not up to par.

雖然房間有點老舊 但是位置特別好 出門步行五分鐘就到海邊碼頭了 預訂滑翔傘和出海也非常方便 酒店的早餐挺好吃的

If you’re looking for a Lovely hotel with a great vibe/atmosphere then you need to stay here. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely staff. Mehmet the manager, Reggie and the rest of the staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They constantly go the extra mile and work so hard to make your stay perfect. Breakfast is included, WiFi has a very good connection. Soap /shampoo in bathrooms. Snack and main menu available with ample choice and the food is lovely. Had the best laughs. Going to miss these guys and this place. We will definitely be back. 10/10 ❤️

Fab hotel. Basic but very clean rooms, cleaned everyday. Mehmet and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a lovely holiday and this was a perfect base to explore Olu Deniz. Our first time in Olu Deniz and will definitely return to this hotel..

Sitting round the pool while writing this ( got 2 days left of holiday). We have been here for a weeks holiday ( wish it was longer) & have to said we HAVE LOVED EVERY MINUTE. During our stay we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary & Mehmet has made it extra special ( big shout out to the cleaners who decorated our room ) The hotel , pool area & roms are spotless clean & Reggie plus bar staff are fantastic & always on hand to serve you that ice cold drink . When we had food in the hotel we found it lovely & plentiful. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of everything but just away from the noise. Wife looking up dates to return next year whilst I'm writing this .THANK YOU for a brilliant holiday & see you all next year . Glen & Tracey

A lovely little hotel, big shout out to Mehmet, who was a fantastic host. Nothing was too much trouble. His staff always smiling and very attentive. Clean rooms, no sunbed wars and just a great vibe. Food, plenty to choose from. Definitely returning to this gem of a place. It is situated centrally, all bars, restaurants, shops and beach just a few minutes walk.

Just came home last night ,,,, loved every minute, its was like staying in a big villa together, every one getting on and laughing,,,,, our room was basic but cleaned every day , with good shower , cool aircon and a cool fridge , very quiet and Memet could not do enough for you when asked , can’t wait to come back next year .

My wife and I have just returned from a memorable 10 night stay in Villa Beldeniz on a B&B basis. Rooms spotless and adequate in size, pool area fantastic (especially the fact there was no silly bed wars), snack bar food was more than adequate in fact one meal would easily satisfy two people. Location is perfect (stones throw from everything) and exceptionally quiet of an evening ( no noise from the *****) Staff treated my wife and I exceptionally well and I engaged with them on most days ( even tried my limited Turkish vocabulary on them) Reggie the barman, knew your drink without asking and Omar, Sammy and manager Mehmet all spoke with us on numerous occasions (breakfast waiter was very pleasant, sorry forgot his name) All in all an excellent value budget hotel which in my opinion satisfied as ll our needs. If you want or expect 5 star accommodation for 3 star price then I suggest you try elsewhere as this is a very good budget hotel and compares with numerous other establishments I’ve used in Olu Deniz and Hisaronu over the years (23) Would not hesitate to return to this hotel Ali & Dave

Good things: Hotel is well located for main ***** & Beach. Most staff are very good particularly Barman Reggi & the restaurant lads. Not so Good: Sunbeds are dated, foam tops are falling apart and wooden bases either stay upright or go competely flat and have been tacked together with nails. Food is Ok but very repetitive although lunch snacks are better but there are plenty of places outside which we did a lot. Rooms basic but Ok although fridge was discusting so didnt use. Awful: Hotel manager Mehmet really let the place down! Spent most of his time sat down smoking and bullying staff. Always asking people to buy him drinks and if you wanted a particular room people had to take him over bottle of Jack Daniels - at least 3 people did this when we were there. We paid £40 cash for safe of which £20 went straight into his pocket so how many times did he do this? His favourite thing was to go up to ladies and lift his shirt to show his belly which isnt exactly small. We wont stay here again because of him.

Have been here at least 3 times a year for 5 years but never again!! Shame as the general staff and barman Reggi are superb. The serious problem is the manager Mehmet. I have tolerated him over the years but enough is a enough! message him for a particular room he wants bottle of Jack Daniels and I know of at least 3 others who do this. Paid £40 cash for room safe £20 straight into his pocket. Always badgering for drinks. Sits on stool smoking barking orders at staff. Seems to take pleasure in raising his shirt and showing off his fat belly to ladies around the pool and is very much over the top touchy feely. Dont think he washes very often. When he wasnt there a couple of years ago the atmosphere was so much more relaxed - . Depends on who you talk to but most other guests and business owners belive he was in prison?? I am sure Montebeĺlo group wont do anything but I will copy this to Jet 2 who have previously had compaints

Had an amazing time in Beldeniz hotel. Mehmet and rest of team were lovely, always happy and helpful. The rooms were spotless, the cleaner came in every day, shower was hot and powerful, beds really comfortable with lots of pillows. The pool area was fantastic with lots of sunbeds, we always managed to get beds any time of the day. The food was great, breakfast was fresh with a good variety. Great bar upstairs, cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be coming back.
