"Good boutique hotel in Peguera, around 30 km away from Palma. The breakfast was very decent for a 3 star hotel, Cupido even served wines and prosecco. The hotel staff immediately changed my room after I discovered the room I was given lacks light. I am happy with the stay and would recommend the hotel to other travelers"

"Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,."

"Price is good so everything is good when you have this price. Beach is few minutes from the hotel although it is not the best beach in the island but price of hotel is good, so it is good"

"Very quiet complex without entertainment, pure relaxation. Not overcrowded, there are always free sun loungers. The areas without children are also pleasant. We had half board, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. It is possible to eat à la carte almost all the time and everywhere. The food, with a wide selection and good quality, is nevertheless a bit overpriced for my taste. Water is also quite expensive. Nevertheless, the service is also unbeatable. Everything is done quickly and easily. Great staff, especially when it comes to organization. Lift to all rooms and pool floors (except for the infinite pool on the roof, where you have to climb stairs), restaurants accessible for wheelchair users. Breakfast and dinner outside with a breathtaking view of the bay. The view from our hotel room - balcony - was also a dream. Rooms very spacious and clean, large illuminated closet with lots of storage space. There were quite a lot of guests, but you never had the feeling of being cramped. Car rental organized by reception, totally stress-free. Reception also offers boat trips at affordable rates. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The beach is rather small, but very pretty. Disadvantage: if you don't have a car, you're a bit isolated, as there are no shops in the immediate vicinity. You can find them in the next larger town. The hotel offers a free shuttle service there and back three times a day. I can't say anything about the spa and fitness center, as we didn't use them. In any case, it certainly wasn't the last time we were there."

"It wasn’t our first stay there, overall we enjoyed our stay, the only thing we didn’t like is that the housekeeping knocked at the door every day before 9 am even though we had a no disturb sign on our door. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay, even if outdated, and the price recently is not so matching the quality as before."

"Our stay at the Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa was simply fantastic! The hotel is brand new, modern, and very stylishly furnished. We were especially impressed by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff—a big thank you to Mr. Pablo for the wonderful service! The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the rooms were simply beautiful. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!"

"I had requested a few things and I got absolutely everything I wanted and even more than what I expected, I was on floor 5 and some may say it’s loud but I genuinely don’t think it was the doors block out all the music that goes on the rooftop pool. So I absolutely loved this floor for my room. I was a solo girl traveller and I felt super safe, all the staff are so polite even the life guard who helped me take a few pictures. The housekeeping was very polite always stocked up the fridge with water and juice also keeping the room so clean I’ve never seen such clean hotel. I honestly could not fault anything about the hotel it was just such an amazing experience and I will definitely be only going there for my future trips."

"Room was very clean and hotel central to restaurants. Parking only available on the street or municipal lots nearby. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, beans, veggies, yogurt. Bathroom was very small and you had no room to move around. I’d think of this as 2 star vs 3 star hotel as it did feel very basic."

"The stay was over my expectation, we just left the comment before checkin that we were on our honeymoon trip, hotel has upgraded my room to the ocean view building and compliments us with champagne. Staff are really nice and breakfast was good!"
