Apartment (rue L. Pasteur) bright, spacious, completely redone, well furnished and equipped, very quiet overlooking an interior courtyard, on the 6th floor. (with small elevator). Close to the Parc des Princes, accessible on foot. Very good stay.

The reviews were right! This is a gem. Friendly welcome, clean family room with everything we needed, close to the metro, close to good restaurants & supermarkets. We will definitely come back! About 30 min trip from Orly airport by taxi (approx 31 euros) and about 30 mins into the centre of Paris approx 2.10 euro by metro.

We stayed at Residnece Aurmat from 31/5-7/6 in 2023 for French Open at the Roland Garros. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to travel in the southern quiet part of Paris. In particular, if you are planning to watch French Open, this is an ideal hotel:10 minutes walk to Roland Garros. If you are traveling over Paris, the Metro is within 5 minutes’ walk. You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys! The hotel room is admittedly small but it has everything in, ranging from a small kitchen, TV, small but a clean bathroom and above all, a very comfortable bed. The owner, David, is most helpful. Pictures on website are from their office, the real room are located in a total different building, nothing like the pictures when you see at the time of reservation. Location is the only food thing.

Great location for Roland Garros, friendly and helpful hotel manager/owner. The room itself was tiny but well equipped although the toilet seat and shower door were both broken. Everything was clean. It doesn't have a lift so be mindful if you have walking difficulties.

Close to shops and restaurants. The room is clean and equipped, but the toilet seat does not fit. Our room is the largest, but it overlooks the road, which is quite noisy, especially on weekends when people talk loudly in the evening. The soundproofing is not great, because even when the door is closed, you can hear everyone entering, exiting, opening and closing the doors. The hotel is OK if you come to work, so you only spend your evenings there sleeping, but unbearable if you stay there all day. We do not warn you in advance that there will be work, nor at what time. So you can be sure that you will be interrupted in the middle of a meeting (if you work remotely) or that you will not be able to take a nap if you are tired. It's been 3 days in a row out of 5 days of work that a person above our room is drilling, I don't know what, for an average of 15-20 minutes a day (I have a video on support dated today, but I cannot publish it since only photos are accepted). I'm in this hotel until check-out time tomorrow. The door to the room right next to ours slammed constantly for hours because the person who was cleaning or also doing work had not propped it up. I find that disrespectful.
