The hotel is an older property with traditional architectural features. Breakfast is provided and considered cost-effective. Staff performance meets service expectations. The location is outside the central urban zone, adjacent to a water channel, with boat access available to the city center for a very low cost. Relative to other accommodations I've been priced at three times the rate, this hotel offers reduced noise levels and proximity to local markets, dining options, and a convenience store (7-Eleven). Nightlife activity in the area is limited but present. Staff interactions were consistently cooperative and service-oriented.

Clean room and small the location is amazing. However, there is noise if you’re in the front although there’s double windows with no balcony for the smokers, you guys have to go down to a designated area. The charged me for keeping the luggage which I didn’t like Because I was sleeping there six nights and Came back for another two so I think it was greedy to do that.  Breakfast He’s OK I’m vegetarian, but there is a good coffee machine

It's our first time to stay at a heritage guesthouse, with only three beautiful rooms. It's more than 100 years old but was renovated and well maintained. Price is reasonable. Though not much facilities, staff are extremely helpful and polite. It made us feel welcome and at home. The guesthouse is close to the the Khao San Road. Some may like to visit this famous backpackers ”home”. While some comments said the guesthouse is not easy to find, we had no difficulty to call Grab car to pick us up.

Excellent base we had 2 twin rooms such comfy beds construction across the road which was outside our windows we couldn't hear at all. Amenities in the room top notch. Breakfast was included and I enjoyed it though my husband wasn't much of a fan. Only draw back we were there 2 days and had a 1/2 day tour booked 2nd day so asked the hotel how we could go about organising a tuktuk to take us around and show us sights in the evening. They were extremely helpful got it organised said it would be 1hr and where he would take us for a total of 1500baht we were happy with this but we arrived downstairs got loaded in and then were severely disappointed with what little we were shown and then we were dropped in China town as agreed with only having been in the tuk tukfor 30minutes part of which was him trying to drop us at the river for a longboat something we weren't doing or had planned to do, when we said how much do we owe as obviously not had 1hr he asked if we had paid the hotel we confirmed no he then said 1700baht. We said no and gave home the 1500 agreed it made us feel ripped off and let down. A tuk tuk back from China town to the hotel was 200 baht!

The hotel is very well located for all central major tourist destinations. You can easily reach the palace, the big temples and the backpacker area. At the same time the hotel is in a reasonably quiet street that is not overrun by tourists. Reception staff is very kind and helpful. Our room was smallish, but very modern and facilities were good. I would come again.

Amazing
AAlinaI booked a room in the pre-New Year days. The map says a 3-star hotel. In fact, it is a beautiful authentic Thai house. The amenities are located separately (I did not pay attention when booking). Trip com says that this is a hotel, the sign says - a hostel. Pros: - location in the center. You can walk to the royal palace. Take a water taxi to Center World. - clean, spacious - easy to get from Don Muang airport by bus A4 (it runs only rarely, once every 45-60 minutes, and not once every 15 minutes as Google says) Cons: - very noisy at night, it was difficult to fall asleep, I had to put on earplugs - the road in front of the hotel. It will be uncomfortable to walk late at night, there are many destroyed houses, but in general, no one bothered, there were no problems - far from the metro

KKENG WEIOverall is good, the room is clean and have everything, just the safety locker not functioning, and room space a little bit small. There is no lift for human access so need to climb up to 5th floor, but there is a small lift for luggage, at least you no need carry heavy to climb the staircase. Recommended for foreigners because the staffs know English.
