My room had a 'fake' window, meaning it was an interior room with a decorative frame rather than a real window. The room was small, but considering the price, I felt it offered good value for money. The only downside was that my room, 615, was on a floor that wasn't level, with 2-3 steps leading up to it. The elevator requires a key card to operate, which adds to the security. As for soundproofing, you can definitely hear noise if other rooms are loud. The availability of facilities and toiletries was a big reason why I chose this place. The location is incredibly convenient; it's within walking distance to Terminal 21 and Emsphere, and even closer to Soi Cowboy. All in all, I recommend it!

The hotel is clean, and there's a 7-Eleven at the entrance of the alley where it's located. There's a motorcycle taxi stand nearby, close to the MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre station. The staff are polite and provide good service.

We enjoyed our stay at Novotel! It felt comfortable, easy, and in a great spot for getting around Bangkok. It’s one of those places that just makes your trip smoother..with friendly staff and everything you need close by. Breakfast was honestly a great start to the day. There were lots of options: yogurt, salads, fresh fruit, eggs made to order, breads and pastries, plus a noodle station that changed daily (which my kids loved). Coffee was nice, and there were plenty of teas to choose from. There’s lots of seating, but the terrace was our favorite…such a nice breeze in the morning! The room looked just like the photos. Beds and pillows were super comfortable..we slept really well. Towels could maybe use a little refresh, but nothing major. Toiletries were simple but did the job. The staff were genuinely kind and helpful the whole time. Anytime we needed something, it was handled quickly and with a smile, which always makes a difference. The pool is on the smaller side, but actually really nice if you just want to relax. It’s quiet, with both sunny and shaded spots, and the sunset view nice. We ordered food and drinks there a couple of times and enjoyed it. There are two ATM in the lobby, and it was super convenient. The location is also great..whithin a 10min walk to Sukhumvit subway station. The hotel offers a tuktuk shuttle every 30 minutes, but we ended up walking most of the time and didn’t really need it. The only thing we didn’t love was the air conditioning. It turns off automatically when you leave the room, and you can’t keep it running by leaving a card in. So when you come back after a few hours, the room can feel a bit humid and slightly musty..but it clears up pretty quickly once the AC is back on. Overall a solid choice in Bangkok..comfortable, well located, and easy to enjoy. We’d stay here again!

The location is perfect, making it convenient to get everywhere, with both the BTS and MRT accessible, and the BTS just a minute away from the hotel. The massage place next to the hotel is excellent. The room design is a bit odd; you have to go through a narrow, long corridor to reach the bed, which reduces the usable space and impacts comfort. The cleaning was thorough, and generally, all accessible surfaces were spotless. However, despite the hotel only being a few years old, there were quite a few black stains in the grout lines on the floor and in the bathroom, making it look much older than it is. The bathroom amenities were haphazardly arranged, with just two tooth-brushing cups on a simple wooden box. The vanity mirror was also at an awkward height. While they provided the necessities, it lacked the refined thoughtfulness found in Japanese hotels.

I had a wonderful stay at lyf Sukhumvit 8 Bangkok! As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and welcomed throughout my time here. I really wish I could have stayed longer! All the staff members were extremely friendly and always eager to help. Once again, a huge special thanks to Ben, who was incredibly helpful when my luggage got lost—her support meant the world to me! Thank you so much for everything! The hotel’s location is perfect. It is quiet and peaceful with no disturbing noise, yet just under a 2-minute walk to Nana BTS station (which I used the most) and a pleasant 10–12 minute walk to the Sukhumvit line. Another big plus was the bathroom: contrary to what I had heard about weak water pressure in Bangkok, the water pressure here was super strong, with perfect hot and cold temperatures. Plus, when the bathroom door is closed, no water leaks into the bedroom at all. Everything was perfect. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers! Best of all, there is a 7-Eleven right across the street—literally just 3 seconds to walk from the hotel! I already miss Thai tea so much! 🥹

I cannot recommend the Ambassador Hotel enough. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—friendly, efficient, and genuinely warm. The hotel itself strikes that perfect balance between vintage character and modern amenities. The lobby is stunning, and our room was spotless, spacious, and surprisingly quiet. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. The location is ideal, close to great restaurants and attractions, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat. We also loved the complimentary coffee in the morning and the cozy bar area for an evening drink.

Suk 41 is a cozy hotel located in the quiet residential streets of Sukhumvit 41, just a short walk from BTS Phrom Phong and Bangkok's EM District. Comfortable rooms, private kitchenettes and warm hospitality make it the ideal base for both short and extended stays.

We stayed at Maison Hotel Bangkok in the Natee Deluxe King room from June 18–23, and honestly, we wish we had booked a few more nights! It was also our wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that made our celebration even more special. We truly appreciated the extra effort. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was genuinely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really made our stay extra special. We'd also like to give a special shoutout to the cleaning lady on the 10th floor. She was always so warm and cheerful, greeting us with a big smile every time we saw her. It's little interactions like that that made us feel even more at home during our stay. One of the things we loved most was the location. You get the best of both worlds—it's just a short walk to the lively Nana area with its vibrant nightlife, restaurants, and BTS Nana Station, but once you're back at the hotel, it's surprisingly peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed exploring the neighborhood on foot, but on hot and humid days, the complimentary tuk-tuk ride to Nana Station was such a thoughtful perk. If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be to either make the tuk-tuk service available with a bit more flexibility or provide guests with a copy of the shuttle schedule in each room. We only found out about some of the time slots later during our stay, and having the schedule readily available would be really helpful. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention—it was AMAZING! There was a great variety of food every morning, and everything we tried was delicious. The restaurant staff were just as warm, welcoming, and attentive as everyone else in the hotel. We also tried the Somtum restaurant right across the lobby, and wow... the food was incredible! I was never really a fan of som tam before, but after eating there, I completely changed my mind. Everything we ordered was so flavorful and authentic. Overall, our stay was everything we hoped for—comfortable, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. Maison Hotel truly felt like a little oasis in the middle of Bangkok, and it's definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We left wishing we had stayed longer, and we'll absolutely be back on our next visit. Kudos to the entire management and staff for creating such a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our wedding anniversary and our Bangkok trip so memorable. We can't wait to come back! ❤️

The room was generally nice and the location was great, but we booked the top floor, which was a bit hot and there was no elevator, making it inconvenient to carry suitcases.

We visited Bangkok for our honeymoon. We were so delighted by the room decorations and the complimentary cake – it really made for a wonderful start to our trip! The hotel's proximity to the station is a huge plus, especially on rainy days. It’s convenient for getting around, and there are many delicious restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, and the cleaning was meticulous, ensuring a comfortable stay. We definitely want to stay here again when we return to Bangkok.

Not bad at all. It's located right in the center of Bangkok, with a 7-Eleven and a pharmacy just outside, and plenty of food options nearby. The steak at the restaurant to the right of the lobby entrance is absolutely top-notch. Overall, it's pretty good.

Pros: Excellent location, right next to the light rail station. Everything you need is nearby. The price was 1000 baht, which is good value for money, especially since I stayed two days before Chinese New Year. I wonder if it's even cheaper during off-peak times? The hygiene in the public restrooms was acceptable, and the room cleaning was decent. Cons: The place is tiny, no windows, and you have to climb into bed. No private bathroom means a groggy trip downstairs to the public toilet at night. Soundproofing is terrible; I had to wear headphones to sleep. On the third night, the noise was incredibly bad – I couldn't sleep at all. In summary: If you're planning to explore the Soi area, this might be an option. But if you value a good night's sleep, I'd recommend finding a quieter, more secluded spot.

Very convenient location. There was a 7-11 and a bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel also provided an hourly free shuttle service to the bts Phrakanong station. Amazing rooftop bar. Great breakfast. There was also a laundry facility on the first floor and if prefer there was also a laundromat with larger machines about 5 min walk away behind the hotel.

The overall location is fantastic and just a 10 minute walk to Terminal 21 and the MRT Sukhumvit and BTS Asok stations. The suits are massive with a lot of space, and full of all normal household amenities including a washing machine with a dryer, and an iron + ironing board. The kitchen is usable too, and the bathroom is nice and big. The WIFI connection was poor though, and the internet would randomly drop, especially at night. It was quite unstable. The carpet in the hallway and the bedroom looked unclean and should probably be removed because it’s obvious it is not maintained. I was lucky to get a corner room with all windows facing outside. In other rooms, however, the windows faced the hallway, and I could sometimes see other guests in their rooms with the curtains open. It’s a rather unfortunate layout and I personally wouldn’t want to stay in such rooms.
