From the start reception the process is very chaotic., since most of rooms are old and maintenance is taking long time due shortages of man power., the time is running out very faster., come to my room 12th floor., the systems are very old and key cards are not working and my flush was not working....so if some one get better room on the day he is Really Lucky....The time for the management immediately renovate the property and put enough staff to handle the process., otherwise it will be a big mess....

The room was spacious and spotless. The location is excellent, with a 7-Eleven conveniently located right downstairs and Central Rama 9 mall within walking distance. The breakfast was delicious, and they even offered a takeaway service. The extended check-out until 3 PM was a definite plus. The Chinese Embassy is nearby. However, traffic congestion in this area is notoriously severe.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made it comfortable and relaxing. I especially loved that there was a wireless iPhone charger in the room – such a convenient touch! The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The location is a little far from the main city, but since there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, getting around was very easy. It can be a bit noisy because of the station, but once you shut the door it’s completely bearable. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay!

Staffs and services from the hotel is ok. Hotel rooms are a bit run down and mouldy. It seems like the housekeeping service is going down.. we can even find cockroaches running around in the room all day in the room on the floor , on the bed & even on the headboard of the bed 🤨🤨.. a bit upset and disappointing. Everyday have to keep asking for toothbrush and shaver even when room was make up everyday. Towels were torn and dirty. I hope the management of the hotel will do more and look into this issue.

Just got back from a 2 night stay at the Prom Hotel. It was my first time and I enjoyed my stay. Location is perfect with good access to the metro, supermarket and Jood’s Fair night market. Hotel is divided into several towers. I stayed at Tower 3 which seem to be renovated. Room is just immaculately clean, comfy bed, air con works very well, equipped with WiFi, kettle and a small kitchen sink. Room comes with free breakfast with a decent spread. Concierge and front desk staff appears to be very friendly. If there’s an upgrade I would suggest would be to power up the water pressure a bit. Would definitely return here

Hotel was situated within an alley,which is quiet and provided a soundly sleep for businesses traveller like me. Mrt is relatively near within walking distance and direct Mrt to airport too. There is a night market near by, which in my opinion gave me the options of eating out and value for money. Pool was incredible and water is good. Breakfast is a plus. I prefer quality food rather than big spread of buffet that comes with half made products. Thumbs up for the a la cart breakfast!

Mercure Hotel is quite a comfortable hotel. The overall room experience is good, but the bed is a bit soft. The breakfast is not very rich, but luckily there is my favorite latte coffee. The hotel staff forgot to say good morning; perhaps they are not trained for that in Thailand.

location, not near any food joints within minutes walk. 7-11 need to walk about 4min left and right. markets need to cross the highway and walk 15min.

I opted for this hotel for my business trip, as it's conveniently located within walking distance of my company. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained and clean, which I found acceptable. The front desk service was excellent. Unfortunately, I was too rushed to experience any other facilities.
A significant downside of the room was its location at a busy crossroads. Despite being on nearly the 30th floor, the noise level was still quite high. The sound of motorbikes racing off at green lights was particularly jarring, comparable to a plane taking off, and Bangkok's traffic often remains heavy until well past midnight. While this isn't strictly the hotel's fault, I'd strongly advise light sleepers to request a quieter room, perhaps one with windows facing inwards or away from the main road, and definitely avoid rooms marketed with a 'skyline view' (which overlooks Central Rama 9).

I move out to Airbnb 10 October because fully booked and I forget to continue. 10-12 October is high price, I book Airbnb is cheap but stay in same size room in the same build.
I choose continue to stay, because I had stay like my home. And price from Trip cheaper than Airbnb on 13 October and the following day.
This place is easy for meet peoples come meeting with me, I use lobby to meet up all friends.
Today continues stay in cassia, it’s already like my home.
Good location and convenient to go many places. Room are very big, very clean, like a home have kitchen, have Refrigerator, all cooking equipment are complete.

GGuest UserEverything was good until the time we checked out, the hotel said that we used their toothbrush and charged us an extra THB 50, it's allright IF we actually took the toothbrush. The problem is we DIDN'T took the damn thing.
To avoid further trouble since our ride to the airport is arriving, we decided to pay the THB 50 and be done with it.
Please have a list of amenities that we have to sign so we can do a proper listing. It's a shame to have such a small thing tarnish the hardly built reputation that the hotel has.
