The hotel was excellent! It was the last stop on our birthday trip to Thailand, and everything from the staff to the location and rooms was fantastic. I'm especially grateful for the birthday decorations, which made our trip end on a perfect and happy note.

We landed in Bangkok on a red-eye flight and checked into this hotel. Even though it was already 2 AM, a bellhop still helped us take our luggage to the room. We had booked a deluxe room for that day and requested a king-sized bed, but ended up getting a standard room instead. This might have been because we arrived too late. The room was decent, with a modern decor, though the bathroom was a bit small. However, the Japanese onsen (hot spring) was very authentic. I went for a soak the next morning and it was incredibly relaxing. The area didn't feel particularly bustling, and the street views were quite ordinary.

The location is great! We took the Airport Rail Link from Suvarnabhumi Airport, then transferred to the subway, and it was just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. There's a famous crab restaurant nearby that's worth checking out. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants with Chinese signs, and it's super convenient for leisure and entertainment! However, the room is incredibly old, like something out of my grandfather's era. It's just too old.

Great place to stay, very convenient location. However, the check-in process was very slow. We arrived at 2 PM but could only check in at 2:30 PM, it seemed like the room wasn't ready. But everything else was good.

The room condition was excellent for the price, and it would be even better for a travel stay. Although the location might seem a bit out of the way, it was actually nice because it was set back from the main road, making it quieter. The MRT was also surprisingly close, only an 8-minute walk. The only downside is that it would be great if they could pay more attention to the pool's water maintenance.

A modern, stylish hotel with a convenient location near the metro. We absolutely loved our two-bedroom room on the 31st floor, with a balcony and a beautiful view. The breakfasts in the small, cozy restaurant were quite varied and tasty. The pool with a street view was very pleasant. It's a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport, about 27 km, but there can be traffic jams and rain, which can make the journey up to 1.5 hours. So, it's best to leave with plenty of time when heading to the airport.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel, and I was particularly impressed by the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always proactive in offering help. Many times, they would even ask if I needed assistance before I had to say anything, which made me feel very welcome and well-cared for throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with many restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby, and easy access to public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What I appreciated most was the incredibly comfortable bed, with soft pillows and high-quality bedding, allowing me to get plenty of rest and a good night's sleep after a busy day. Overall, I am very grateful for the warm and thoughtful service provided by the hotel staff. Their proactive and helpful attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Everything seems decent, but there are some 'buts.' The staff are efficient and do their job well, but they aren't very friendly! It's not a big deal. The room had three beds, all identical! The mattresses were uncomfortable, too soft, and if you turned over in your sleep, you couldn't do it without waking up and needing help. The pillows were great, though. The duvet was a bit thin, and it was a little chilly to sleep, but not critically so! The worst part was the placement of the toilet and sink. There was no privacy, and you couldn't even make faces at yourself in the mirror while brushing your teeth. And our sink was leaking, right onto the floor! As for the toilet – that's a whole different story! You couldn't even fart with any privacy, and that's something you need to do in the toilet! Strange, isn't it? No complaints about the TV! It worked perfectly! The distant view from the window was superb, but right below the window, by the railway tracks, strange people were sleeping, and there was a lot of rubbish! It's better not to look down from the window! The pool is another story! It looks absolutely beautiful! Photos by it are stunning! But if you look closely, the water is incredibly cloudy! When was it last cleaned? And finally, breakfast: it was pretty lousy. If you eat eggs, you'll be full! The pink milk was just a disgusting 90s-style cocktail! Someone wrote that it was wonderful. Complete rubbish! The coffee was a solid four out of five. In conclusion: price/quality/location/breakfast/pool – on a 5-point scale, it's 2/4/3/2/3 respectively. Overall, it's an expensive three-star hotel!

My stay at Ibis Styles Bangkok Ratchada in Huai Khwang was excellent! The hotel's location is unbeatable, right outside MRT Huai Khwang Station Exit 2, which is incredibly convenient for independent travelers. The room design is modern and colorful, with a striking wave and Thai-patterned graffiti on the headboard wall. Coupled with soft lighting, it creates a cozy yet very stylish atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, and the comfortable bed allowed for a restful sleep. Not only is the famous Huai Khwang Night Market nearby, but it's also quick to get to Jodd Fairs Night Market or the city center by subway. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!
